Brian Fallon is a B tour de force: ask Maria, Marilyn or Matilda. From his four albums with the Gaslight Anthem to his soulful solo work and his Horrible Crowes side project, Fallon is one of the great storytellers of our time. Hailing from the working-class streets of New Jersey, he’s very open about the influences he draws from, be they hometown or worldy.
In a 2012 public interview with Red Bull Music Academy in New Jersey, Fallon discussed his influences, storytelling, recording in Nashville, and more.

Seems like the host didn’t really mesh well with Brian’s personality haha. I enjoyed it nonetheless!
Man Brian was all over the place in this interview, seemed a little angry/irritable at first. He's so much less awkward now. Maybe he wasn't sober during this interview and that caused his erratic behavior..? Idk. And it also seems like his teeth were much more protruding back then, I think he's had his teeth done since this interview.
This may be just me...but im really trying to watch this as i have had it saved to view n get to and i finally am. But im about 20 min in im finding it kind of cringy. I hope flow gets better. I don't know i just feel He is waiting for the interviewer to take lead and her going and he keeps just making small talk or awkward conversation while the interviewer just looks st him all quit and then speaks or says something like he doesn't know what to say. Maybe its just a weird awkward start.
