Opportunity, Favour and Opposition

What do you think having the favour of God in your life looks like?
Does God have favourites, or are we all equally favoured by Him?
Does whether we believe we have God's favour or not increase our capability to see and take the opportunities God gives to us, and to face any opposition which may subsequently arise?
