The bowl reminds me of an old mortar and pedestal bowl
Pestle, mortar and pestle
Well at least the glass bottles aren't as destructive as all of the tons of micro plastics that have entered our ecosystem. You definitely found some great pieces! The big bowl with the crackling glaze looks like a mortar from a mortar and pestle a druggist might have had. Many cooks would also use these to grind spices etc. I admit that the
amount of tires in the creek are really not good for the earth.
Kyle , You are still in my thoughts and prayers for the loss of your beloved mother. I believe she is watching over you through your adventures 😊 May each day bring the very best life has to offer you 👍🏼✌🏼 You have a buddy in south Mississippi should you ever find yourself over my way 😏
Enjoyed the creek walk, Kyle. I've watched your fossil-hunting video's but I think this was even more interesting. It always fascinates me seeing what humans leave behind. Thanks for taking us along!
Thanks so much Tim! It's a whole lot of fun finding relics and learning the history of our ancestors.
@@WILDKYLE It really is interesting. My parents gave me the bug. When I was around 5 years old we lived in Ark and we could find arrow heads and such in the creeks there too. Now I'm 66 years old and living between Houston and Galveston. We don't really have creeks or rocks around here...just mud bottomed bayous, rivers, and bays...nothing to make arrow tips from, but you can find some crude pottery shards left by the Karankawa indians around the bays. BTW, I liked the fossil hunts too. The human history is just my preference of the two. Merry Christmas to you and yours, and thanks for all the quality content. It's all good, and I enjoy your enthusiasm.
Absolutely love your opening! What a great way to engage people in the history and the thrill of discovery. Well done sir! ✌️💗🤘
Thank you so much! I wanted to try something new with the intro. I'll definitely be doing more like it!
@@WILDKYLE I look forward to that💯. I love the history of the fossils & treasures.
I know when losing a loved one it’s very hard to celebrate the holidays but I just want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Thank you so much. ❤️ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you as well!
What’s really wild is the fact you were 16 when that flip phone came out and I was around 27 😂😂😂😂 When I was 16 our phones were attached to the wall!😂😂
1:57 Kinda looks like a Megalodon tooth might be sitting on the bank above the shoe polish bottle 🦈
Arrowhead maybe...
Sure does appear to be?
So sorry about your mom
I lost mine 2005 new years eve...I enjoy your videos I live in north ala.
Just found you today and knew I was going to love you when I heard the words. Oh my goodness within the first minute of your video.
Carrollton GA is where I lived for years! I would love that bottle!
I think that is an Avon decanter men`s 1970`s colon.
Awesome finds in the ceramic pieces! Thanks for taking us along. ❤️😃
Amazing creek indeed, alot of pre-prohibition bottles chipped while digging the cork out...I'm sure you know
Very cool finds, man. I may have to try walking some rivers here in Wisconsin to see what I find.
Makes me so jealous! We've got nothing like that around my area! Great finds! Kudos!
That was such a nice voiceover intro!
Greetings from the shore of Lake Huron! Nice trip through the woods!
Wow that head bottle is pretty awesome.
That’s a beautiful flask!
Great walk some nice treasures too
Merry Christmas, Kyle! That jug was awesome, and so was the ginger beer! Thanks for sharing!
Merry Christmas to you as well my friend! Thank you!
Fantastic finds.
That is a good way to look at it. 😊
Great finds love the ink
Man... you killed it ! Those are some awesome finds 👏
Thanks so much Charlie!
⭐️⭐️what a great intro.
Kyle! You missed a little something. While you were picking up a bottle @ 1:59 on this video, you overlooked the big Megalodon tooth just to the right of your shovel handle.
Great finds! Loved the video 💯👍 Keep Smiling and Stay Safe. ❤🙏
I enjoyed playing in the creek with you, Kyle! That gorgeous ginger beer is my favorite! Merry Christmas, my friend!🎄❤️
Thanks so much Cynthia! Merry Christmas to you too! ❤️
Very nice finds!!! I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas!!! God Bless!!!
@ 9:41 The Marble you found looks like a Vintage Akro Agate Snake Corkscrew. Pretty Cool
Great episode! Love the relic hunting or mudlarking ...and thanks for the giggles, especially with the brambles! :)
Really cool finds
So sad that even now there are people who do not care for the Earth where we live. DON'T LITTER!
Dang good creek walk...enjoyed watching!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Good finds! It sparked a memory, 30 years ago our machine shop had in the past been a sawmill and in the 1800s a coal company store. Where the workers used the bathroom on the hill spilled out old bottles every time it rained.
Love all the treasures. The best find for me was the ginger beer ❤ I miss Natalie this must be an older video
I actually just filmed this! Natalie wasn't able to join this walk unfortunately 😭 she was at work!
should have said "Let's step in the creek and step back in time"
Awesome finds! Hope the next one has awesome bottles as well!
I hope so too! Gonna be back out in the creek soon!
@@WILDKYLE Never been bottle hunting, eventhough the city I live in is very old with a smaller creek, that can get out of control.
You could have mended the pouring ink top with Milliput, colour matched the paint, then glazed it.
Very cool ceramic bottle, congrats! I'm thinking that maybe your first marble might glow under a UV light!
First time watcher. Subbed a bit ago but its been a bit busy. Really loved your easy manner and thoughtful presentation!❤
Thanks so much, and welcome to the channel! I appreciate the kind words. Hope you had a great Holiday!
Awesome video thank you so very much for sharing hope you have wonderful holidays brother 👍👍❤️
Thank you! Wishing wonderful holidays to you too!
Man it's so cold out right now. How are you not freezing, even in Florida.
That Spartan bottle is pretty awesome, old or not, I’d be siked to find that.
I found a small brown medicine bottle buried in the dirt when I was cutting back some overgrown weeds. I plan to make a short and post it soon.
Great video WildKyle
Look up the Blue Willow China live story, the 3 people were running over a bridge
If broke in the right place you could always make them into glasses or pencil holders 🤷♀️
I kinda wonder if those marbles aren't the reason for some of the broken bottles ?
Like , kids with slingshots hanging around playing in the creek way back when ...
I think this is very possible!
That last bottle you found. I found a whole six pack of them in mint condition. But I also caught a ride with Doc Brown in his awsome Delorean time machine. So I guess I win but it wasn't fair.God bless you and your family my friend.
Excellent hunting grounds!!!! Awesome finds!!! Happy new year for more fun finding treasures 😊😊😊
Glad I found the channel I used to go creek exploring behind my house when I was younger I'd like to get out and do it again if I could find the time
Whoopee
Blue bottle was beautiful !
Nice finds!!! I bet your backpack and bag weighed a ton on way out! 👍
It really did 😂😂😂
I'm obsessed with the US in the 19th century and would love an old bottle from that time! 🥰
Mudlarking in the USA. I thoroughly enjoyed the video. Thank you for sharing.
Merry Christmas to you and your family
That ceramic beer is half price with top damage. The one guy sells all damage bottles online
Kyle, i really liked the intro, nice vibe and easy to listen to ahead of finding all those cool treasures! nice touch! do you think that marble will react to black light?
Thanks so much! I wanted to try something different and I'm really glad y'all like it! I haven't checked the marble yet, thanks for the reminder!
You found some nice stoneware, but I'm disappointed there weren't any swamp babies. :-)
They were lurking somewhere I'm sure 😂😂😂
The rare valuable bottles sell for half price broken. Top missing etc. not all broke are junk
i love your videos and Carrollton, GA is my hometown! that was cool to see :)
Thanks so much Julie! Cool coincidence that's you're hometown!
The bowl looks like part of a set, a mortar and pestle, used to crush herbs or spices. Looks like a Moonshine clay bottle. Ginger beer is awesome!!
I would turn the black light onto the first marble you found. It looks like it will glow. That ceramic bowl you found was likely for shaving cream. The crazing on it is awesome. The jug you found, the handle can be replaced to make it complete. It's very easy to do with putty. Fantastic finds on this trip. Great video.
Kyle, at about the 3 minute mark, as you were finding the broken old medicine bottle, I spied just to the upper right of the bottle, a ring that appeared gold in color. It could have been anything but it sure looked like a wedding band of some sort. 😊
Super variety Kyle. Thanks for taking us along.
Very cool! Thank you.
Cherry Cola bottle would make a great bud vase.
I love these creek walks, so many interesting things you find, the blue and white piece is 'Willow pattern what you thought was a roof with three little men, is actully the bridge in that design. It's very common in the UK many different ceramic companies made it. Loved the beautiful ginger beer bottle at the end.
Merry Christmas Kyle!
Hi Kyle! Yes, you would think folks these days would know better than to throw their trash in the creeks, and they do know better. They just don't care. You sure found some pretty pieces today and an amazing find in the last find. I just know you were tickled to bits over it! I look forward to your next video, take care!
Listen for 😮sounds.love creeks.Stop and listen.find gems .be safe.Merry Christmas to you and yours.❤
Those are some insane finds!!!
Love that he found an old bottle from my town. Wish I knew where the old Chero Cola plant in Carrollton was.
I am from Carrollton. Chero Cola plant was on Bradley Street 1910.
That was an amazing creek walk. And so much history found and preserved! Amazing. And that ginger beer bottle was worth the thorns! What an amazing find! And the big ceramic jug was really neat as well. Thanks Kyle! And a Merry Christmas to you and yours!🎁🎄❤️
Thanks so much! Merry Christmas! ❤️
Very nice finds
I love the bowl. Reminds me of a bowl for mortar and pestle✌❤🎅
Cool Kyle.
❤❤❤❤❤❤
That figural bottle is so cool Kyle. Also love that aqua sauce bottle too. The bowl is a great find too. Really loved the creek explore and the finds. Merry Christmas to you and all your family also ❤
MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU WILD THING
Right back at ya my friend!
Love the intro, please do this more often!!!
Congrats what a day
P T P is PAR-T-PAK Beverages. I dug a bottle late November and of course the ACL flaked off. That ginger beer is awesome.
Bunch of amazing finds
Carrollton is my hometown. Chero Cola 1910
Nice finds man, I love the content.
Great Ginger. Awesome video. ✌❤🎅🎅
OMG. I hope you kept that Greek head bottle. That was freaking cool. Love the ink bottle also✌❤🎅
Nice find 👌
Nehi is orange or grape pop (soda)
They made peach too. But maybe not that long ago.
Was my favorite soda when I was a kid.
In the open of creek walk you pic up shoe polish bottle but in the corner of screen by your shovel handle it looks like a huge MEG tooth 😂on the sand about 2 min into video .
I see what you're talking about! It's just glass that is trying to take the form of a tooth 😂
Great finds. I liked the trojan glass head just because it was weird
It really was a strange find!
The bowl is from a mortar and pestle set. Probably from an apothacary.
It's such a neat bowl!
The Spartan head bottle is an Avon cologne from the 60's...would have had a chrome cap on it
I love the variety of videos you do. Keep making them!
Thanks so much Susan! I'm interested in just about any kind of "treasure" hunting there is!
Love it. Great finds, Kyle!
Awesome stuff this time.
