A nice start to the week by bombing (almost) everything

  • These two pines were a lot of fun despite the overcast that day. The customer was tired of the roots pushing the pavers, so the trees needed to go. They wanted about a 6 foot pole in order to carve a totem pole out of.

I was surprised at how wobbly the second tree was, after you'd cut off the branches and top.

This 1 was a tricky one with how close everything was. Great job🎉

Another good job. Well done @ dropping those limbs in a small opening. As a fellow climber it hurts me to see a climber unhook their climb line while chunking down a stem when you and every other climber has their version of a quick choking device to repel off of. YES it's each climbers preference as to what they do and I should probably save my breath. Stuff happens as we know. An accidental cut or exhaustion or bees whatever it can happen. A choking device is just like moving 2 lanyards at the same time. Climb safe Max.

Like how you cut the thumb groove. That'll be something I implement into my climbing.

I usually only do it if things are wet and slippery
