I’d love to see more content like this and the training camp footage you put out.

Great to have this kind of content to engage with the game more. Hopefully the systems are being developed and have lots of potential in them to grow the game outside of the usual posh schools game.

Excellent discussion. Great to focus on the positives, really informative telling us who to watch out for.

Would be keen to see a video like this on the referees pathway and our professional referees working lives, behind the scenes. Think it’s been getting better and would be cool to see more of that highlighted

Our youth development is woeful, it's tragic to see how bad our young lads are. There's no easy solutions but we have to get them playing more elite rugby, earlier and more often. The Super Series has failed to promote young players so far, fingers crossed the SRU have a plan beyond "find South African players"

It's a crisis, and it would be nice to see that being recognised more. What was it last year, 80 points shipped to Ireland? Let's see if we can improve on that at least:/

I saw one of the highlighted talents being outplayed twice in club rugby last season by a lad of the same age that isn’t even in the squad. đŸ§đŸ€·â€â™‚ïž

I notice for most of these types of comments that names are never mentioned, so we have to guess who the player is and who outplayed them. While it's not prudent to name the player in the squad can you at least share the name of the player who outplayed them to give your claim some credence?

I wouldn’t want to name either player. They were in direct opposition (same position) so to name the player that outplayed them would make it very obvious who had been outplayed.
Fair to say that the u20 coaches stick by the lads that have been in the set-up for years. I saw an 18 year old get a Man of the Match award last season in the Prem in a game where several of the current u20’s were playing (with Kenny Murray in attendance) - lad wasn’t even called in to have a look at him in training. Club coach scunnered, player scunnered.

I was looking forward to watching this until I saw it was Jamie Lyall that was heavily involved. Can’t stand him or his Bill McLaren wannabe fake voices/accents. Shame

he doesn't sound anything like Bill McLaren! he's got a face you'd like to slap, fair enough, but i think he presents pretty well. it's the actual rugby players i'm more concerned about!@@fergusmurphy3724
