This is more of an elaborate fundraiser but I do think they could have made a really fun game if they had added a few more levels and features.
Could have had a pizza parlor level with Wayfair cabinets attacking. LOL
Agree it's a bit too short for the price an extra 3 level's would've helped. But it's a fun throwback game nonetheless
My thoughts exactly. You can beat it well within the refund window of steam though. I refunded it just because of the length. And there isn't much replay value outside of laughing again or showing friends. Co-op and more levels would be nice. 17 bucks is just a bit too much for a game of this length.@@alexandru5369
2P option and DLC levels and weapons is planned when the developers get some of their investment back.
It's worth it for the years of entertainment AJ has provided over the years - what a legend. The game is pretty damn hilarious too.

Craig is wrong in every level. This game is cathartic, funny, and worth your time and money. Hopefully they will get enough funds to make a physical version or extend version.

I mainly saw the price as a means to support InfoWars with a quick, fun game on the side. That said, I would love to see it developed more. Steam Workshop would be great for it. If the devs are able to get it onto Steam.

You could do a whole series of contra-like games based on operation: gladio. It's about how the CIA employed former N*z* SS agents after WWII to run drugs and guns for them so the CIA could fund their black-op regime change operations... I mean, "promoting democracy and resisting communism."
Would love to see this game in a arcade cabinet. I know there are cons that rent them. Imagine loaning them a machine with this game on it. Doubt you'd get it back in one piece once they figure out what the game is about lol

if you know all the situation between the EU, UK, and USA, this game is fantastic, pure satire, and we spend 70$ for a broken game, 17.76 in memory of the USA special day is more than worth it. Direct to the point, in an indie style, and it will make you laugh from start to end, they nailed it.

If it became popular because it was a good game, more people would probably look into what the creeps at Davos are doing. Oh and it would have sold a lot better from word of mouth if it was actually fun to play.

I actually really like metal slug and contra. If tjeu had out time into it to make the gameplay good, I wouldn’t mind paying almost 20 bucks for it. A good parody game has gameplay to back it up, because the humor only lasts so long. To bring people back, you must have the gameplay portion hold up.

don’t underestimate a game that can make you laugh; however 5-8 dollars is probably the appropriate price for what you get.

Holy crap Alex Jones you absolute madman! Social commentary, retro gameplay, end boss is a puppet octopus, game doesn't actually end and 1776 price tag although I would have tried to work 1776 in there just a little bit differently maybe on a sign in one of the levels. Also a 30 minute game when played straight on. AKA a seemingly short game that really doesn't end. This guy's done his homework. It's too bad he's charging 17 bucks for it. A seemingly short game that really doesn't end only playable online. ;-) I didn't used to be a fan of Alex Jones but now I'm going to take a look into some of his stuff he's done.

I wouldn't call it a bad game just by looking at it, nothing seems broken, the "story" is functional, a good sense of humor, the voice acting is good, the graphics are good, it all seems to be a fine game if not a special one due to it's simplicity. It deserves more than a 3/10, 5/10 at least, I'm feeling confident in giving it a 7/10, maybe 8/10 at best but that's pushing it a little.
It's designed as a retro beat the top score arcade style game. At least each level has an ending, unlike 'your princess is in another castle' Mario.

Agreed. It's definitely a Metal Slug clone with less refined graphics and gameplay. Should be sub-$10, but it wasn't made by a large studio, so you have to pay boutique prices. Maybe they can roll the profits into a bigger sequel.

I think the problem is its just too expensive is all. I like the idea and it fully leans into the memes and everything, which is good, but the price, man. It is something a few people could knock up in a few months.

heh, I'd pay $5, but no more for this. This is something an intern could slap together in unity in a week.
I have played it and i enjoyed it all the way. Its a meme game. I didnt expect it to be perfect in terms of gameplay, i didnt expect it to be very hard, i didnt expect it to be long. I expected lots of AJ based lore and thats what i got. The price doesnt bother me either. If this was a "normal" game without the memes, i would say its too expensive. However, i dont regret buying it at all. I look at it as a fun, enjoyable way to support AJ.
Pro tip: if you hold the "down" key and press the "jump" key, you drop off of the platform youre currently on.
