We did get some when we camped in a cold area.

Got condensation inside was a major issue not very happy about having to dry my gear several times .dont know were 10 man bit came from just enough room for 4 blokes at a pinch NOT WORTH THE $700 DOLLARS I PAID FOR IT

Can you fit 2 queen size air mattress and still have room to place luggage?

I haven't specifically tried it, but we put 2 king singles together (on one side of the tent) and there is still room around the bed to put luggage. The other side of the tent is the same size, so I expect you would be able to fit queen mattresses with room for luggage.

are you using cots? Wondering if you could get 3 cots in on one side?

We are using air beds that are about 1.9m x 1m. We can easily fit 2 side by side but it wouldn't fit 3.
