Kristen your little rant about health and stress really got to me, three years ago I went to the hospital for a near stroke experience because I was so stressed out. I was forced to take a break and since then I've refused to allow myself to stress that much.

Endo is so frustrating. I remember going to my obgyn for the first time when I was 20 and talking to her about my period and my fears of going on birth control and she immediately was like your symptoms are not normal. Throwing up from cramps is not normal. Your acne, etc are all period symptoms but not the extent you face. I remember being dumbfounded because my sister also had a âsuper bad periodâ. Iâm on birth control and having a great experience but it was a shock that Iâd gone my whole life feeling like a was a big baby because my period was so bad to know itâs most like endo. Crazy how many of us are out there.

I always get massive anxiety between moves!! I get so attached to places too even if it was just a year or so. So much happens in our lives in those spaces. But I also remind myself that the anxiety is getting me ready for my next big step. Youâre doing something youâve wanted for so long!! And gonna thrive!! Iâve never even lived in the same state as you but feel all the emotions with you!

edited to add when I was your age I was dxâd with endo and I also decided against the drâs prescription of birth controlâŠI managed my flow with my diet and general stress management and I eventually just grew out of itâŠobvi your own bodyâs mileage may vary but I support doing your own thing and following your instinct when it comes to taking hormones! Good for you doll đ€

My sister relates to this 10000%. She also has endometriosis, sheâs went through a whole process of birth control and other pills, even surgery. Sheâs a true champ and I wish there was more research for this and PCOS to treat women who have it. Yâall are so strong

Okay so Iâve commented about how your EMDR talk has always been wildly relatable to me as I also do EMDR, but Iâm also about to move from the first apartment Iâve had 100% on my own, and the anxiety of the unknown/sadness of leaving/excitement..etc is also helping calm the anxiety I also have for the same reasons. Your vulnerability that you put out there is much appreciated đđŒ canât wait to see the new NYC content!

I also just did a big move across the country at 28 and this made me feel so much comfort. I felt all the same things you did and it was so comforting to hear all about your feelings and also validated my stress, exhaustion but also excitement. As silly as it might sound, being sad about leaving a place just means that it gave you so much to miss. Best of luck in NYC!

You are so right. I didnât find out about PCOS and Endometriosis until 2018. No one I knew ever heard about it either. Stress is stress no matter how happy the outcome is. Itâs a serious struggle, and Iâm stubborn as hell. Iâll have a mental breakdown and still say Iâm fine, Iâm not stressed đ. So excited for this move đđŸ

Thank you for talking about your endo flare up I have the same issues and itâs so hard to deal with bc when I do get flare ups I canât even move and it sucks when people in your life donât understand how debilitating it can be and it feels like no one else understands so thank you.
I live in Calgary, Canada and we go by litres. Itâs currently $1.77 a litre right now which is about $6.69 a gallon. I use to be able to fill up my ford fiesta with $40 and now it costs $70 đ„čđ„čđ„č so she bad everywhere I feel

Oh my goodness, I relate so much to medical / stress stuff youâre talking about! I was diagnosed with hashimotos disease and it gets worse with stress as well. I stressed myself so much I broke out into a horrible rash all over. And the funny thing is I eventually was stressing myself out about âtrying not to be stressed outâ hahah which is so silly. Itâs a daily thing for me, and I need to allow myself to relax and not just ignore it or even pay too much attention to it

I had a laparoscopy surgery done for my endometriosis that removed the tissue. It helped a lot with the pain and other symptoms.

AHHH Kristen! So proud and excited for you heading to NY!! I just had a whole conversation with my family doing conversions about how expensive your gas is! We live in Ontario Canada and our gas is like $2.23/liter. SO just some comparison 1 gallon is about 3.78541 liters. AND $1 CAD is $0.79USD. CRAZY and you get the point! All the best to you gals

I have endo as well.. main reason I got on BC years ago.. it still has NOT helped my cramps. I was in the bath 2 days ago just wishing the pain would go away!đ„Čđ„Č youâre not alone. I canât wait to see vlogs in NYC! So happy for your new journey :)
I have never related more to a vlog. I Moved last year from NYC to San Francisco. Leaving all of my friends was so hard and emotional. Moving across the country is scary but so worth it. I was tearing up watching you say see you later. Then when you started talking about Endo everything you said is exactly what I feel and exactly what I go through you took the words exactly out of my mouth. â€ïžđđŒ
