Spanky is in a hurry!!

Southbound I-39 near Mendota, IL.
Spanky is is a big hurry to jump out from behind me, while going 75 m.p.h., in order to pass me on the right, nearly clip my right front fender and the trailer of the semi in the right line that I'm passing. Only to find another semi in front of me.
Spanky is a dumbass.
