Does it record even when the car is parked up? I’m looking in to this... I want one which will stay on even when the car is parked up because this has also happened to me, sadly, more than once
The dash cam I have (Anker Roav) has a built-in battery so yes it can record when parked, at night etc. There is a sensor in the dash cam so if there is vibration or movement, for example, if I car knocks into your car it'll start recording. I highly recommend buying a dash cam as it'll help a lot if someone knocks into your car.
Keep in mind in the contract for the parking it says workers are allowed to "move" cars if needed i left my focus rs for 15 days and found it with 56 more kilometers on the count..

If you hit somebody's car, you should expect to pay the cost to repair it or let your insurance sort it, simple as that, it's not the car owners fault somebody else can't drive. I've come back to my car and found it's been scuffed with no note, cost me £100 to repair(I suspect Paul's Mercedes will cost a lot more to repair) , I think this has made me more likely to leave a note should I be careless enough to hit somebody's car.
Drifting can spice things up in the channel. Doesn't really sink on me yet since its mostly supercar stuff that you're doing. That S15 looks damn nice.

If you park on the side of the road and have a car that stands out and its the only one with a mark you do wonder if it was deliberately done. Check the paint colour thats left in the scratch and see if anyone that parks near you has the same colour...

Same thing happened to me at manc airport, all they said to me was the cameras are for monitoring purposes only and do not record and that you park there at your own risk so the don’t take any responsibility for what happens to to your car. Lesson learnt always pay extra for parking at the airport choosing the meet & great option as it’s the airport staff who park your car up for you and other cars therefore they are responsible for what happens to the car.

Bought a new car, didn't even have it for more then 15 minutes. Sitting at a red light and I feel someone tap me. And I see a truck behind me. I am like "you have got to be shitting me". So I pull into a nearby parking lot to examine whatever damage. The guy in the truck pulls in behind me. I get out of my car and look at the back. Fortunately there was a ever so faint blemish on a plastic portion of the bumper. The driver gets out the truck and its a young kid. Maybe 18 or 19. Starts to apologize and says "man I am so sorry. I dropped my air pods in my lap and I was trying to grab them". I tell him "next time that happens and your stopped at light, just put the vehicle in park. Two, get rid of those airpods. Have a nice a day"!

That's heart breaking sending you a big hug, I know the feeling far to well. This is the reason I want to Sell my Porsche and M5 as I don't feel I can leave them anywhere, I parked my M5 in a car park 5 times last year and 5 times it had a new door ding and scratch. Makes me want to sell them all.. I use a discovery 3 as a daily now as it has a strip of plastic down the door and they're designed to be hit offroad (no paint on the corner bumpers). Hopefully you'll get it sorted x.
BTW that colour on V12 Vantage S is called China Grey. With Flugplatz Blue accent pack. Different from Audi's Nardo Grey, which is lighter, or Lamborghini's Grigio Telesto (which is a bit more blue-ish).

The last time it happened lucky my neighbour was outside and caught the guy in the act and knocked on my door, which I was really thankful for
