This looks great, still many ways to fuck it up...
To improve audio in a situation like that(beginning in car) sample a portion where your not talking and use it to apply a noise filter.

Anytime you change the springs and lower your car, you need to have alignment done.

Install a tune and put on a new exhaust, not to load but you little bit more
So much for the ‘experts’ at this shop. Torquing the bolts one by one completely ignoring the star pattern torquing that even a child knows to do. Jeez.

Good mod, won’t effect your suspension in terms of modes as you’re not changing the dampers, if you were to coilover the car you’d lose that setting. I added springs to my M3, but still not happy with how it sits so coilovers it is! Spacers made a lot of difference, looks miles better !

You need to lower it more now as the spacers have had the effect of highlighting the gap between the arch and tyre more,...especially at the back
S S it will settle down with miles mate it’s only just off the Ramp
Or just get bigger wheels. Fills the gap and ground clearance is the same.
You pulled the ripcord and you did it Paul, I'm proud of you and the car looks better without compromise !
How much did you lower the front vs the back?
Looks good just a few things have you had suspension alignment done as upper links on rear suspension have ball joints instead of rubber bushes on coupe so less flex and it can wear tyres even worse when lowered if not aligned sometimes when the springs where in they require different shocks if its a bit bouncy as amg shocks dont respond greatly to lowering springs although yours are only 20mm so should be ok.
Stuart Bayley tracking was out to start with , he is getting it looked at after the springs have bedded in 👍

Just figured out that the S model gets the cross drilled and slotted rotors. Didn’t realize the non-S got different brake rotors.

It's amazing how spacers can create such a difference to how wide the car looks.
When I changed the wheels on my car I went for a different ET to give the same effect without the need for spacers 👌

The springs is one mod I've never made to any of my cars, but I can't help wondering whether you can't just take the standard springs off, grind 'em down 15mm (or whatever) and then put them back on?
You'll end up with a terrible unsettling ride. Lowering springs have been engineered to work with your dampers. But frankly coilovers are the way to go.
many people cut springs on cheaper cars , it works fine for the most part but it wont pass you MOT. As for newer cars its simply stupid as it will probably void any type of warrenty you have
CyganHD I tried it before switching to coilovers. Had a terrible experience.
If Eibach are good enough for Koenigsegg they're good enough for me. Good stance to the car now - much better!!

it is the best quality you can buy for at least 30 years already, so you made the right decision 👍

How do they compare with H&R as I can’t decide which way to go. I drive a c43 and the front sits higher than the rear of the vehicle, the H&R for this car lower the front more than the rear to compensate however the Eibach don’t... confused which way to go.

this is next level car for me I've got gla45 and love it ..I have to test drive one of these 4 liter v8s ..I'd be surprised if it can out do my gla with my amg front diff lock I had fitted round the bends ..remembering this 2 door coupe is rear wheel drive only ..I'd hope to think it could match it..or just a tiny bit slower would be ok ...sort of makes you wish they were all wheel drive and you could disengage the front drive but that would throw it out my price range of around 130 thousand Australian $ second hand ..the 63 E is AWD

Why you will lower an already very low AMG car in the UK is beyond me but it’s your car so you can do to it whatsoever you wish. Having said that, I give your front spoiler 2 weeks before it falls victim of some dreadful speed bumps or potholes on UK roads

Hope so. Spacers are illegal in many countries as it screws up the front offset and the effectiveness of the ABS
