Parents of Israeli-American man shown in Hamas hostage video make emotional plea

- The parents of an Israeli-American man held captive by Hamas for 201 days have released an emotional video appealing for his release.
Hersh Goldberg-Polin, 23, was kidnapped at the Nova musical festival when Hamas launched an attack on Israel on 7 October, last year.
Yesterday (24 April), Hamas released a video of Mr Goldberg-Polin, with half of his arm missing.
In a video released today, Rachel and Jon Goldberg-Polin pleaded for his release and also called for world leaders to intervene.
"We love you, stay strong, survive", they told their son at the end of the video message.

Listening to these tormented parents of this young man, I can't help feel very sorry for them,
but I feel many times more pain for the 10's of thousand of people, in their own country who have lost, so many and so much more! What was he doing there?, maybe just enjoying the fruits of occupation, while the innocent people of Palestine were living under a miserable military occupation. Very sad for everyone.
My heart goes out to the families of the hostages killed by Israeli bombs in Gaza and the hostages of Israel ( the Israeli Population hostage to Hitlernyahu's Government Policies).
Nobody surrounding the borders of Gaza is innocent. And these people don’t care about anybody except their children, you will learn your lesson.

The solution is really so simple. Stop everything, let everyone go to their respective homes and lives, free all kidnapped on both sides and let everyone live in peace..... It is really so simple. Why allow one particular selfish man + few more maniaks, to sacrifice the lives of innocents on both sides.
I support Palestine but I also believe the hostages are innocent civilians who got caught up in this mess and must be freed.
Some were civilians, but most were military therefore not innocent at all
Anyone over 18 served in the IDF so no way are they innocent
