After seeing this interview my respect for Pedro went up 110%. Most people after reaching stardom talk about themselves, but he's talking about this lady who made a huge difference in his life. Only a truly kind person would put others before themselves given the platform. I think we all have a lot to learn from Pedro.
Agreed! There’s something so genuine about him! Someone you could have a conversation with easily. I really get the vibe that while he loves and appreciates his stardom he still remembers where he comes from and those who influenced him.
After going on a Pedro Pascal binge, I have to say it's a pattern for him to talk about others when asked about himself. I recommend the podcast he did with Community actors Ken Jeong and Joel McHale to get my meaning. It's a little long but I recommend it. Adding the the Narcos and Mandalorian fame changed nothing.

I love how this man speaks about virtually everyone in his life. He's a man who recognizes and cherishes the support system he had when he was struggling and honors them even in his worldwide fame. He never forgot where he came from. I never hear him in an interview boasting about how great of an actor he is without him praising his cast and crew and anyone else in his life who helped him. He's such a humble, down-to-earth guy and makes it so easy to just love him
There's just something about him. He's the kind of guy who can be sooo flirty and sexy and yet, he gives out this cute-y energy, like I just wanna invite him to have a coffee and a piece of cake with me and talk about life

It is rare to find someone this humble. I’m so happy for his rise to success. The fact that he remembers so many people from his past that have helped him, cheered him on, it says EVERYTHING about him. Humility, appreciation, recognition. Never boastful. Kudos to you Pedro!

he's probably the most humble, charming, down to earth actor ever. I saw him in narcos right after it was realised as I was living in colombia in these days. and I saw GOT s4 only for him. now I can't stop watching him being interviewed in both english and spanish. This man is really something.messy and almost always looks like he partied too hard and slept on somebody's couch yet hot. Played javier peña yet he smokes loads of weed. Just fell in love.
