Solar Controller Charger not Charging Leisure Battery |

- If you have a Solar Controller Charger and you have replaced the Leisure Battery on your camper and it’s no longer charging the Leisure Battery you need to reset the Solar Controller Charger so it starts charging the Leisure Battery again.
If you don’t have an inline fuse protecting you Solar, Solar Controller Charger or Inverter I would recommend installing them in three different locations.
I recommend installing fuses or breakers. First, between the solar charge controller and leisure battery, the second, between the solar charge controller and solar panels, and third would be between the leisure battery and inverter, this way it will protect each part of the system and allow you to reset the solar controller charger by removing the fuses and replacing them in sequence.

Connect battery FIRST, disconnect battery LAST. That is the common rule for all charge controllers. Leaving the panel connected without a battery connected (can) damage your charge controller. Nice video, greetings from Jamaica.

tried this and mine still doesn't charge think i'm going to have to order another controller. my mpoe4 battery is completely dead but the controller says it's full
I've done all of that what's happening is the battery flashes and shuts the control panel down
Make sure the system is totally off no power at all, everything must be disconnected. after 5 minutes connect them in same same as the guide.
The manual doesn't call for fuses?

the fuses are just used in this example as a kill-switch. you can just unplug it and wait a few minutes
Let me know how it's goes when you get a new batterie, make sure you connect the roof last
