That was great. I just finished 30 days of daily Merkaba meditation with a mixture of results (yesterday being one of the worst and seemingly least rewarding or effective feeling)
Today was the first time using this video as a guide and I felt a very real shift in my experience. I think it is the intention certainly but also your slow attention to certain details and descriptions which helped me. Thank you very much. I will be back again
