    Thank you Dr. Greenaway for this video. I just started medication 2 weeks ago and for once, I’m not watching my life pass by me like it has for years (I’m 28).
    I didn’t get medication before because I had no idea how to get it and a bit of fear around it. But meditation, exercise, journaling, healthy diets, supplements, none of that did anything to combat the anxiety, fatigue, and depression that comes with ADD.
    Now for once I’m actually able to get out of bed instead of sleeping for 14 hours. Less brain fog and fatigue, I’m actually able to stop and challenge downward spirals, I can actually focus on the things I enjoy doing, and can peel myself away from mindlessly wasting time on my phone to do more satisfying activities.
    I also started seeing a therapist who’s helping in the healing process, it’s a slow unraveling process but I can feel a bit of hope again, and watching your informed videos on ADHD in the past helped with taking these steps.
