And this ladies and gentlemen is why architects earn sh...t money and there's literally no good architecture anymore. The only benefit goes to the creator of this application. It's such a soul less short sighted quick money grab idea. Any developer can do a feasibility study for free now and architects have to pick their sh..t based "design" and turn it into something which actually have some thought. The only good thing about any application is that it's just a lines of code. Something the AI is pretty good at so these guys are kind of digging their own grave next to the one they already finished for the architects.
I wouldn't be concerned. Look at the details its producing. The room layouts are complete and utter s**t.

Meh. Ai helping architects and builders to create more extremely wasteful and uninspiring designs and buildings that are also out of touch with wider nature and the state of emergency we're in on this planet is a waste of its power. I definitely look forward to Ai helping this industry, but not help us do more of the same BS that's been so problematic and not in a way that barely improves on how we have been doing things. We need a renaissance in the architecture and building industries.

@@ZHUPERxMAN Nope, I'm not an architect and have no job on the line due to this technology, although for over a decade I have known that it would be putting many jobs at risk. I'm just a DIY'er with some design and build skills doing things on my homestead. That said, I am definitely salty all the time about tons of shit worthy of my saltiness. 🧂
