Before you chase credit , make sure your finances are in good standing else you will end up burning the CC again and back to zero. Be in an upward trend before applying for credit. 15mins-20mins very important point.
When establishing credit with a ..let's say secured cc. With a limit of $200,
What's better? Maxing out the whole $200 and paying it off early and doing that every month? Or.. only using 10-30% of that $200 and paying it off early every month?

@@johnnycage8546 first thing you wanna know bro is your statement date . That’s more important than the due date . Then run that shit , pay for everything you can that normally would , gas or food and just pay it off once it is near the limit . Just make sure that right before the STATEMENT date you pay it down to bellow 10 percent usage . The reason you want to use the card so much is because A) it makes the credit company money so they like that and B) when it comes time to increase your limit you can say that you would like to use the card more but the limit is too low for your every day use . They’ll bump the limits up higher and faster .

I Been trying to explain the process of having good personal credit and money flow To start with then building the business credit. Most importantly maintaining credit but keeping the utilizations low. Since I am a self funded business and I am rebranding everything I feel like I am relearning so much. Especially how to properly find your business and keep your personal and business credit in good standing. I love the overall analogy of "polygamy" in building banking relationships. I've always been a fan of working with credit unions, but not for leveraging them as building blocks (personal to business credit). The part about "properly built out reports" eludes me. Anyone able to clarify what this means?😏
