Washington Today (5-16-24): White House asserts executive privilege over President's interview audio

The House Judiciary Committee votes to recommend Attorney General Merrick Garland be held in contempt of Congress for not turning over an audio recording of President Joe Biden's interview with the special counsel who investigated his handling of classified documents.
The vote comes after the White House said the recording is covered by executive privilege and not available to Congress.
