Great video and that really was a quick pit stop. Very interesting and informative about the Panama Canal. Check out Sailing into Freedoms utube channel, I think they’ve just left the same boat yard that you were in!!
Hi Gar, thanks! Do you mean the cost? There were loads of additional costs that cropped up along the way which really added up but the main transit fee was $1.600.00 (USD) for boats up to 65 ft

is french poly open to cruisers?
Officially it is closed to boats BUT you can apply for an exception and they may grant you it. It's on a case by case basis.
