    Ingredients
    1, 3' Latex (Dark Blue - Q4-1996 or Wild Berry - Q2-5587)
    4, 5" Latex (White - Q4-3607)
    1, 260's (Blue - Q7-9697 or Wild Berry - Q2-5577)
    1, Foil Fringe Curtain 36" x 96"
    (Blue - 74-01055 or Fuchsia - 74-01056)
    Monofilament line
    Weight
    Recipe
Add Hi-Float to the 3' balloon per manufacturer's instructions. Fully helium inflate & knot. Tie the short end of the monofilament line above the knot on the 3' balloon. Tie the bottom of the monofilament line to a weight.
Fold Foil Fringe Curtain in half a few times so that you have a smaller area of curtain to wrap around the base of the balloon.
Options: Cut portions of the curtain off to reduce weight, cut different color curtain sections and wrap together, or use a shorter table skirt.
Wrap the foil curtain around the base of the balloon and tie with a 260 balloon.
Create a quad of 5" balloons & place at the bottom of the 3' balloon to hide the mechanics.

Craig, I found you on Facebook and sent you a message to send me a friend request; same name, (this is my real name), just normal capitalization. I buy the 4pc pkgs of "24" inch balloons, but they blow up to be 30 inch. Is this the norm?

Hi John! Craig said he shut his FB account down about a year ago - sorry! You can always link up to our company page - we share Craig's videos and pictures there all the time and watch for comments/questions, too.
We talked about the balloon size - many times we inflate latex balloons past their listed size, then deflate them back to a specific size for a design. This helps them be a bit more pliable and less prone to pop. We're not sure if there is an industry standard as far as HOW much you can inflate balloons over their listed size, though. That might differ between brands like Qualatex or Betallatex. It might also differ with the finish of the balloon - like between Standard colors or specialty finishes like Chrome or Reflex.
We say go for it, especially if your design requires larger sizes!

1:07 This is NOT the correct amount, one full pump without clip is enough.
