To all you that are complaining about Idina's voice…just remember that Frozen wouldn't even be the same without her.
So true! Frozen just wouldn't be the same without Idina. I mean, what would Elsa and 'Let It Go' sound like if not for Idina?
It's not just that. Originally, Elsa was a villain. But once Idina arrived, her character went through major development. She became Anna's sister, and they began debating on whether she should become evil or not. And then, they wrote Let it Go…SPECIFICALLY FOR IDINA'S VOCAL RANGE, MIGHT I ADD and they made her misunderstood.
Ya! Without Idina, Frozen probably wouldn't have been nearly as good as it is now.

ShadowKnight7171 Not so much. Remember that Idina is a major Broadway actress. There's no enhancing a live performance like that. You're too used to modern-day processed vocals. You don't need that stuff when you can *actually* sing.

I still don't understand how people can say Demi's version is better than Idina's.
Idina Menzel has such a strong and powerful voice, which brings emphasis and beauty. She sounds like she's yelling. That's what I love about her voice.
Demi Lavato's version is good, but doesn't compare to Idina's at all.

Right..I think Demi Lovato's version is edited way more and sounds like a (sorry for the language) horny squirrel. Very moaninglike, highpitched and just..well...horny squirrel. Also very nasal.

I love the song Let It Go, because it’s more than just the character. It speaks to anyone that’s holding back something that makes them special and unique. We all do that in certain ways. What a relief to finally find those points in your life where you just are able to let go and be completely who you are.
