Great, love the weights which I do most days, have to give up on trying to do lateral and overhead lifts with 3 k though, 2k sufficient!

Absolutely love your classes. I've done more daily exercise with you than rest my life, which has been quite long so far - I'm 71. I really like your recent matching exercise togs and Miss Palmers hair done up in a doek - as we would say in Cape Town. She looks wonderful.
