I have a multitude of mental illnesses that prevent me from going outside anyway. Last time I went outside was January for the dentist. To me, it's just Sunday.
One positive thing is TV is actually starting to cater to those people who have to stay home due to social distancing.
I don't dance ... Ever. But as soon as I saw Mr Motivator, it took me back to being 5-6, dancing in front of the TV. You bet your ass I got myself off the couch today and danced along. One of my kids joined in too.
Most people take leaving the house for granted and view my normal living conditions and a form of punishment/torture. No one cares before the virus came, but now things are being done to make the experience more bearable and help you not turn into the rotund characters from Wall-E.
Even if no one else appreciates gestures like this video, but it means the world to me. Thank you

It's incredibly insulting to us when we're told that exercise will undo years of trauma and physical/mental abuse. Again, I know you meant well, but just a heads up in future 👍
