I made this last night with a small piece of beef tenderloin that I had in the freezer. This recipe is delicious. I have also made your chicken chow mien and your fried rice recipes. They are now part of my dinner rotation. Once you get the hang of stir frying, it is a really quick way to cook dinner. Not a lot of pots and pans so easy clean up. Thanks for the stir fry recipe I updated mine to add your marinade for the beef. I only used soy sauce and sesame oil. I did have the corn startch gravy mix. My secret ingredient to give that restaurant flavor is oyster sauce. Using up to 1/4 Cup straight from jar to wok when all ingredients are cooked and added back wok. But before your gravy mixture.
