8:51im pretty sure its impossible to get any immediate witch time out of shield. The mods yiu got on seem to to be doing wonder
In Ultimate dropping shield takes 11 frames, but you can jump out of shield in just 3 frames. Combine that with Witch Time coming out in frame 8 and you get Witch Time out of shield at frame 11, same time as if you were dropping shield. I like to call it "Jump Time" haha.
