All of the major train stations in the UK have a pub. And yes, drunk passengers aren't uncommon. Especially because you can buy booze at a shop in the station to take on the train. :)

Oh, and before you argue about the invasion of either the Romans, the Angles and the Saxons, the Jutes, the Vikings, or the Normans you're basically admitting you have no argument because besides being ancient history you are admitting to not understanding what an ethnic identity is or what's more likely you're pretending not to. Also not all migrants are "Brown" (and I don't just mean that not all MENA are literally brown), some are Asian, and a lot now are Polish or Ukrainian. The problem is still the same whether they are French or Guyanese (although granted, the culture would be a lot more similar if they were, say, Dutch, of course).
