Thank you so much, the situations I thought of during this meditation led me to the root of the trauma. Which stemmed from my am childhood and not feeling respected or accepted for who I am by my mother and family. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I’m going to try and do this later on in the evening, because right now I am having certain people always wanting something from me.
My phone always pinging when I am busy or trying to relax and I am not assertive enough
to tell them to please not bombard me with messages with no thought to what I may be doing and expecting me to reply to every message immediately.
So yes I need this meditation in my life right now.
