"We're not buying today" is one of the best objections a salesperson can hear. The people who say that they're not buying are the ones who end up buying your product or service.
I wouldn't even have a rejoinder prepared for this objection. Instead, I would simply nod and say "OK , well let me point out what we have." A good salesmen will calmly establish trust, listen to their needs, and gently guide the sales process along and close the deal all in the same day.
