It was not Junior Seau. Seau didn't leave a note. His suicide is often compared to the earlier case of Dave Duerson who shot himself in the chest after texting his family that he wants the Boston University of Medicine to study the affects of CTE on the brain by using his brain. Seau's family sent in brain tissue samples to further research into CTE but obviously this was not at the request of Junior Seau himself, though still an important contribution.

I recall on The Yard that I did a thing only went like 20% during sparring. He might’ve bumped it up since he’s been on the podcast, but I think he could possibly go harder.

@@Grace-53 well, clearly his body ain't built for combat. Should never allow himself to take another shot in the head again imo. Also stay away from rollercoasters and any high intensity activities. Honestly i was being nice when i said "good punch". ive taken harder hits than that accidentally, that i didnt see coming while doin jiujitsu and not been affected.
