    Thank you for sharing this information. Very interesting. I have two questions. 1. How long are they alive? 2. Can dragon fly still fly after you touched their wings?

      @@sylviamieczkowski6209 1. Egg hatching to end of life could be years, maybe up to 4 or even 5 years as a nymph then only a month or two as an adult dragonfly.
      2. Fortunately yes, especially large dragonflies like this can be safely handled with their wings barely held together like this. It’s best to hold with your fingers like “scissors” rather than pinching between the fingertips.
      In the beginning of the video you see this one take off from Conrad’s hand no problem!
