THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! HERE'S WHY!.
1. You cannot control the vehicle ( i.e. steering and braking).
2. This is of the utmost importance; let's say the vehicle is on a forward decline ( hill, slant, etc.). It may pickup ( increase ) in speed causing you to lose your footing, then causing you to be possibly dragged under and run over by the vehicle.
PLEASE TAKE THIS VIDEO DOWN, BEFORE SOMEONE GET'S INJURED OR WORSE.
John Yates
I agree !!
If it was going down hill and picked up speed ,just lean forward and let go of vehicle it will slide rite of.
I don't think people are really listening to anything this guy is saying
đđđ
It's in the owners manual WITH all the safety procedures..
A 110 pound body attached to the outside of a 4000 pound vehicle. What could possibly go wrong?
Its a Jeep thing, we just don't understand....
Here hold my beer đ»
What is this 4000 pound vehicle you speak of? All I saw was a 110 pound girl!
đđđ My thoughts exactly...especially knowing that seat belts lock up and it is around her neck
Hope the jeep doesn't drag her down a hill
We used to simply use Door Open, push on Steering Wheel and Door. If it *starts to get Easy to move, or really "Light" to push, jump in, before it gets going, just let it go, Close the Door after you are in the Seat, and Steer. Brake as needed!
Push starting your own vehicle
If you do that now you'll likely bend the hinges.
Yh frfr
Some of these newer cars made of butter not ford tough anymoreâ@@michaelwaninger3155
they should retitle this to how to fk yourself up in 3 easy steps lol
How to get dragged under the tires of your car 101.
This is absolutely stupid. A person doing this alone is in horrible danger.
How?
Please explain to the world this Horrible Danger, hold on, let me get popcorn
130-150 lb person vs 3-4000 lb car. Alone. If you canât figure that out you have serious mental deficiencies.
I suppose if the car gains too much momentum and you trip or become stuck in the process and end up getting dragged by the car.
@@rockhazethatâs the problem with this generation now days! Common sense is none existent! They would never think what you said could ever happen!

The amount of people who never pushed a broke down car is astounding đ đ đ
Yeah if you are surprised that you can shut a car door on a seatbelt, DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY KIND OF CAR MAINTENANCE
@@KevPage-Witkicker đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł right lol đ
I have had to push my car just to get it started, of course we were at a slight downhill grade. (It was also a standard transmission, so going downhill we just had to pop the clutch to start it)
â@jimrenegar7910 If you have a manual transmission and you've started having difficulty starting it. Park on an incline. I've even had to roll backwards to get it started.
google " AAA"
One of the most dangerous things I've seen, unbelievable.
This is so dangerous ladies donât ever do this
Have Grandma or somebody by the brake pedal... which won't do much with the engine Off..
Ladies... Call someone.
So not do this, unless you KNOW what could happen on uneven ground.
Or you will be dragged and run over by your own vehicle.
Evidently there was a vehicle in this video, still never saw it đ
This is a lesson all Jeep owners need to learn. How to push your broken down Jeep by yourself
Just make sure you are not on a downhill
I pushed my Suzuki Sidekick many times. I did it with the door open and the window down and pushed against the door frame, dashboard, and steering wheel. I had easy access to the brake pedal and if the car got away from me I could still jump away.
As if none of the other vehicle brands ever break down đ. They all need routine maintenance and even then breakdowns of some sort will inevitably happen to them all. None are immune.
đđ€Łđđ€Łđđ€Łđđ€Łđ

Report because this will cost someone to get injured and possibly badly or get killed. What lady would want to be dragged across the pavement by an out of control vehicle and strapped the way she is if she falls she will likely get run over and it would be impossible to get the vehicle stopped.
Just push it... this is dangerous.
whose going to stop it from crashing into a tree?
Who will steer it?
@@zipporah8875 it's worse with the way they are doing it because now you are strapped to the car. When I say push it.. I mean... open your door and push the damn thing with one hand on the steering wheel. It allows you to hop in and hit the brakes or just lean over and push them with your hand.
@@seanhenderson8870 you.... just open the door and push it. I'm assuming you are thinking get behind it...
@pesterbotfpv Yep. That is what I was thinking. Thanks for the grace!
Okay susie, keep pushing. No, don't worry about that cliff just ahead . That slight 10% grade will help you out. Just make sure and hold on tight when it starts moving
The seat belt part adds nothing to pushing a car. Keep the door open, access to the brake at all times.
This person trying to get people seriously injured. Shame on him.
And if it rolls backwards, your screwed đ
Make girl in super tight clothes do things episode 1
Donât know why she has clothes on you can see ever wrinkle and crease
And now the vehicle starts running down that slight hill and you trip over but can't get away from the vehicle and it runs you over .
VERY CLEVER !
Drags you because your strapped to it.
That was my thought
CZcams, REMOVE THIS DANGEROUS ADVICE!
People can censor ourselves and better manage our own education, choices and behaviour. We don't need overbearing government and authorities censorship for every bad Idea.
Please don't! I am a strong advocate for natural selection. There are way too many stupid people that make it thru life these days.

My tongue and jaw would hurt so bad !

Somebody else thought this was a good idea, but NO! You absolutely do not want to be harnessed to the outside a vehicle, especially with no brakes!
Dont worry fellas. The guy pushing behind the jeep wont let it get out of control hes got the best view from behind. đ
I can see the lawsuit now of people suing the people making this video.
Now try going up a hill.
Iâm more concerned about going downhill

Something you could easily do without the carâŠ..
It will save you when youâre broken down. Donât think he literally means it will save your life if youâre dying or something⊠đ
This advice is nuts, try steering the vehicle without the engine running, plus the risk of getting caught up in the belt if the car picks speed. Plus if you do manage to get in as it speeds up you will have limited braking and difficult steering. DON'T DO IT
The important lesson here is:
Never do this.
Nobel price for peace to one who invented tights
Gentlemen of culture and sophistication...
NO! Yoga pants arent for everyone
He took out a life insurance policy on her, he's got plans.
Iâm glad Iâm not the only one who thinks this is a horrible idea.
Looks like a good way to get dragged by a vehicle, if ya ask me. Does he know how easy it is for a vehicle to roll while in neutral, if there is a slight incline that it encounter? Sure you can steer it from the outside as long as it stays on an even surface, but if it should happen to encounter an uneven surface that you didn't see, it's all downwards spiral from there. You can't reach the brake pedal and it will start to get very difficult to keep up with the steering wheel to steer it. So how you gonna stop it after it gains momentum, especially, if you is a physically week person? Your legs might end up under the wheel and neck could get snapped. Think about those things before you attempt to do that.
Why would you ever push a vehicle downhill? That's the stupidity here.
I once drove a manual transmission Tacoma without a battery for about 9 months. At first it was necessity, briefly it was laziness, quickly it became a fun game. Eventually I got tired of it.
Pushing a car down hill is beyond low IQ. Gravity is real, people.
@@bsdnfraje the reason they could end up going downhill is basic common sense lol. Just because the road starts level does not mean it will stay that way. A slight grade, not noticeable by viewing the road, can rapidly increase vehicle speed. Pushing the car with the door open provides an opportunity to hop in and get to the brake. Misusing the seatbelt is also likely to damage weather seals and the seatbelt mechanism itself.
â@@aroger9425 This is all academic to you, obviously. No one is pushing a car, alone, for hundreds of yards. You have a top notch imagination though. Go push a car sometime.
@@bsdnfraje yes, I am extremely educated and experienced on the subject. I have pushed cars many times during my 35 years in automotive service. Why are you imagining someone pushing a car for hundreds of yards? A few feet can make a difference in the slope. An incline change over several hundred yards would be noticeable, not so much in a short distance. Pushing a an average size vehicle only takes about 200 pounds of force, youâre not lifting the weight of the car just rolling it on wheels.
@@aroger9425 Obviously, if you were well educated you would understand what "no one" means. That's not even addressing why you would have 35 years in automotive service
If you're approaching a downhill slope, you are just starting the momentum and would want to jump in and let gravity work for you.
This technique is for specific situations and specific people. Do you think that little gal in the video is capable of 200# of force? She would need every advantage she can get.
He's obviously tired of her Calling and saying she's out of gas.đ
This is a great idea for competent people with common sense.
All of the people who commented how dangerous this is, YOU are right, and YOU should not do this.
DO NOT DO THIS. Donât tether yourself to a moving vehicle
People, don't do this. I really hope it's supposed to satire. If not, these are the type of people you need watch out for
now stop.
The title of this video should be,
"The seatbelt trick that could END your life", not save your life..đ€Šđ»ââïž
For Jeep owners, this should be mandatory training at the dealership.
Most ridiculous (And dangerous) thing Iâve seen in a very long time. And thatâs hard to do on YTđââïž
I understand of lot of the comments about how dangerous this is. I share your feelings, however, I have had to push a vehicle, as some of you have as well, to a gas pump. Had I known this trick, I would have used it. I'm 53 and I think this is useful in certain circumstances where risk of injury is minimal. Thanks for the tip thedailynelly!
Back in the day when you had to push your car, there wasnât over the shoulder belts!! You couldnât have done this with a lap belt!
Disclaimer: Do not do this on a hill. Matter of fact, don't do it all.
Now, I want you to lay down and....look, your doing it all by yourself!đ
I realized you never showed the back of the jeep this was all set to haha
Going isnât really ever your worry. Itâs stoppingâŠ
Somebody else is pushing that car, look, the belt ain't even tight when the car starts moving đđđđđ fail
No camels were harmed during this video đ
Or the 'Camel's Toe'!
Yeah, thatâs a good thing to know when you own a Jeep because they break down all the damn time and youâre gonna be doing a lot of pushingđđđ
I had to laugh at this. My pal is on his third Grand Cherokee despite every single one needing major repairs. When I point out that my Fords have never needed anything but routine maintenance, he tells me, "Yeah, but this is a Grand Cherokee!." Flash over substance wins again. đ
Disclaimer: Don't Try This at Home!
If that car runs away she could be in serious danger. She won't have the power a big man would have. Can't believe your DANGER signs are not flashing.
đ it started moving even before the tension was taken out of the belt đ€Šđ»ââïž
âThat didnât hurt it?â⊠this womanâs Brian must have been hurt one too many times.
Just so whoever is watching this, please don't try it unless you know the road it's completely flat with no slope and you have enough strength to slow it down.
Perfect example of why warning labels exist.
Remember kids, this is only if your car breaks down and you need to get it off the road and it's safe to do! this is not a new game for Tic rocks need to do
Yeah, now let's try this down hill
that's how my dad fell under the tire and lost half his leg
Now quick, stick you foot by the rear tire to stop it from moving.
When people sound certain when instructing someone to do something stupid.
That is a 2005 or 2006 Jeep Liberty, they're one of the lighter Jeeps on the road. Now that being said, this is the easiest way of pushing just about any vehicle when you're by yourself but there are some downfalls. If the car takes off and you trip that's one of the downfallsđ. This can cause death and is not advised without someone in the driver's seat that can reach the brake pedal. May all pf your Journeys be filled with not pushing your carđ.
Now you got additional horse power to your jeepđ
Remember to give it enough slack, so you can get dragged under the tires. Always make sure you are trapped outside your vehicle and standing in the roadway, oblivious to oncoming traffic. And above all, keep your door closed so you can not access the brakes.
Next, eat some Tide Pods.
Yâall donât get caught being dragged by your runaway car in neutral
This Seatbelt Secret Could TAKE Your Life
The cameraman nailed the assignment
This is a terrible idea. Really stupid, dangerous and terrible.
The fact it blew her mind that the door shutting didn't hurt the seatbelt was all I needed...
The seatbelt canât get hurt. It doesnât feel pain. You can damage it. You canât hurt it.
Don't do this on any slopes.
No camels were hurt during the making of this video đ
This is how you put yourself in dangerđđđ
She'll never have a problem getting someone to help her push the car.
Apparently thigh gaps make them impervious to death.
Yep. It'll save your life if you're being chased by a tortoise with a gun
This is actually in the jeep owner's manual
Everyone with a Jeep knows that trick because you constantly have to move a broken down jeep at least once a month when you have one.
Lets not forget about the two guys behind the jeep pushing. LOL
You will notice this is a Jeep. Not a Chevy. This procedure is not necessary with a Chevy. Chevys come with KEYS to start the capable vehicle. JEEPS offer this training at the dealership upon purchase of a new vehicle!đ đ đ đ
He can talk her into this, he can talk her into anything.
Is the key in the ignition and is it turned to the run position? Because otherwise the steering wheel will be locked and you can't steer. Also, you can't brake while outside the car!
And this is how you can get away with the perfect murder đ
that may work but if it starts rolling freely you may be in trouble
Call AAA. Much less dangerous.
Must be a Jeep thingđđđ
Forget the seat belt that woman is wonderful

The only place that this is ok is nowhere.Imagine Trying to stop it from running AWAY with you caught up with the seatbelt around you.

Apparently they now make cars with new fangled engines that can move the car while you're actually sitting in it.
I'm still trying to figure out how knowing how to push a vehicle with a seatbelt could save your life...
This lesson should be titled ; 'AND YOU, TOO, CAN BECOME ROADKILL IN FIVE EASY STEPS ! '
Don't. Just don't. It's a stupid idea
