I know that saying this makes no difference to most people, but I can promise that this stuff works. It's often dismissed as "mind over matter" and "placebo effect" but it's insane when it works. “This too shall pass” is what has helped me to become more present & thankful in the moment. When I find myself feeling happy, I stop & think this is a fleeting moment so stop, observe what’s bringing me happiness & give thanks to it right there on the spot & thank God right there on the spot, all to myself. I was close to gang influence and a metal head neighbor gave me the CD and told me to listen later offered me work learning carpentry. I am stunned. This is my first video of yours and I am blown away. This resonated with me on so many levels and connected so many dots. Much of what I found here, many of the bits and pieces I have heard but were NEVER explained. The irony is that I am a former bodybuilder and spent 26 years in the fitness industry. After losing a marriage and business during the Covid shutdown, I was at my lowest. I rebounded with a new career and after falling into poor health and obesity, I turned to hypnotherapy and awareness to rebuild myself. In doing so, I got back into the gym. I have always been a metalhead listening to "angry music" as you alluded to. Recently I turned off the music and started listening to motivational videos via CZcams and found that I did not "crash" following my workouts. Ironic even more so is that this is how I found your video. I fought to save my marriage and was determined not to let my business fall. A business that owned me rather than me owning it. I closed it, reopened and then closed it again. Once I let that go and finally stopped resisting a career change, it was a seemingly effortless transition, and all the pieces fell into place. A year later, my life is completely different as I released so much of my anger. I was always filled with rage before. I told my best friend that love is a much stronger emotion than anger. I am a much stronger person now than ever before.

Quazi, I recently started practicing these same principles through my journey in awakening and studying consciousness for the last year. I was in such a depressive state and one day I woke up and decided that I was no longer going to accept depression. I visualized a reality and tied my emotion with the thought of positivity and surrounding myself with positive influence. At the same time, I acknowledge that things may be perceived by some as negative, but if you take those experiences and recognize that you are not going to focus and dwell in the negative, but instead take the positive from it and visualize your emotion as if it is already happening in the future. Everything seems to fall in place. Even my fiance has noticed a huge shift in my self lately. Not just her, all of the people around me as well. It is truly amazing that I stumbled across this video. You are exactly right at the beginning of the video when you said that stumbled across it for some specific reason as if it was meant for me. In 2015, I stumbled upon the concept of being “the observer” (via meditation)… I used it to wean myself off of the antidepressants and other mood altering prescriptions I was taking for years. I also learned to detect the chemical changes the led to depressive episodes as well as anxiety attacks. I have pretty much left my bipolar issues in the past. Just this year, I discovered The Kybalion in a book store. That little book has been an eye/mind opener. It spelled out so many things that I felt on a deeper instinctual level that I could never fully explain. Thank you for your videos… they are quite enlightening and informative. Awesome! I love that others are taking books like the Kybalion and making it consumable by others who dont spend as much time as us to study these principles. I have been studying these principles with other metaphysical teachings for 5 years now, and I have applied them to my own life very successfully, manifesting everything I need, exactly when i need it. The dogma and derision for this topic needs to be removed, these principles are SUPER powerful. People NEED to understand they have FULL control over their life. Life happens FOR us, not too us. We are living out own thoughts on a daily basis. Its is as easy as changing our thoughts to change our lives. I train the same principles but to small groups along with complimentary meditation techniques. I believe the principles and understandings of the Kybalion should be a mandatory teaching at schools to be honest.

An important correction: In the book Power vs Force, David R. Hawkins actually specifies that while the *average* consciousness level of humanity rests at a little over 200, that does *NOT* mean that most sit there. As you said, it's a logarithmic scale, and that means that - as he also writes in the book - someone with a number of, say 600, compensates for something like 1 000 000 people at 150 or someting like that. So most people are actually below that 200 level threshold, which is honestly not surprising. You don't have to look far to see that most people live life in a relatively low conscience state.

At this point, the lines between those disciplines are blurrier than ever. The more you understand quantum physics, the human mind and the fundaments of religion, the more they all sound similar. I wonder if this brings us closer to the singularity and whether the rise of AI is not somehow conntected to the rather high self-actualization that a lot of people went through in the past decade. I’ve had the most fantastic revelations over the past two years noticing how every single “religion” is teaching the same thing. The Bible is one of the most intricate and beautiful books ever written about ourselves, our subconscious, energy and our different states of being. Once you know how to read it, it is a literal instruction manual. Teaching exactly how to navigate and control your own power. I notice different teachings just using different characters and stories to teach the same thing. Same principles that you are teaching now, also in a wonderful way. I don’t know how we’ve gotten so far from the truth and the knowledge that we once had. They even tried to write it down for us in one thousand different ways. Instead the mistranslations are so vast and wide spread people even using the false translations of religion to propagate fear and separation… the exact opposite of what they’re teaching. Thanks for doing what you do. However people can understand it -they need to.

I've been on both ends of letting go and seeing "what can I give?" Even though I stick with that I notice that people take advantage of me and keep taking and taking. It feels good to be that way but doesn't make my bank account feel good and thdn nor do I plus it takes much of my time. Naturally I'm a loving and giving person but seems that recognizing and protecting myself feels good too and I know you might be thinking ... balance. Any insight from anyone?
I went through the same thing for a long time. I learnt to gradually change my self talk with daily repetition. Examples - " I am worthy of respect from others", I am valuable and people treat me that way", People appreciate me and treat me well", " I offer good service and I only work for people who appreciate my service and are happy to pay me well". Eventually I began to accept these ideas completely and my external world slowly shifted to mirror these ideas

Nice presentation. I have some things for you and others to consider to take things even further into the realms of higher understanding. I can't prove to anyone what I've experienced but I'll say it once here to be considered. In 2012, I experienced an inner journey of consciousness to become the ONE MIND of all that is. It was a massive experience like a thousand NDE's rolled into one "Journey to become Source" consciousness itself. Done with that part. So I know beyond duality. I know the layers and the "apperance" of linearity of the chart you shared. I don't know how I was able to return from that experience to be human again but one lesson from that is that nothing is simply a linear progression. Quantum consciousness is way too complex for that. So may I suggest losing the concepts of "the way things are supposed to be." We really cannot judge by looking at another and determine where they are in their own spiritual evolution. Now, old science talked about "vibration." What is more relevant now is "information." Information is the organizing principle behind all vibration and energy. Without information, there is no vibration. And so the language of information as consciousness itself, is more direct and powerful than continuing to talk about vibration. Quantum physics has named the "the field" as the Information Field. I know it is addicting to keep up with the old school spiritual interpretations of science that obsess with vibration. Everyone does it. But it's much more powerful to begin thinking in terms of information or pure consciousness and it leads to less misunderstanding. And we need understanding to truly know love for they are a part of the same awareness. Next, we are all simultaneously both physical beings (physics) and we are also quantum physics beings. (Quantum). The rules governing the two at first seem vastly different and yet both are true and exist within each other. And its the same for our "selves." On the physical level and with regards to awareness, our "self" awareness here is isolated. No one will EVER know what it's like to be YOU nor you THEM. From this limited perspective of physical "self" awareness, we each are quite alone. At the same time, our quantum awareness is at the level of realizing that ALL is connected; ALL is ONE. I know. I became the universe and more when I became the ONENESS of all that is and isn't. So I teach about seeing ourselves from different points of perspective at the same time. We are not one thing or another. We are individuals and we are the oneness. It just depends upon how far you're willing to LET GO and sink into the internal portal of your quantum nature and connect with your INNER quantum consciousness. There, it is not about free will or fate. Rather, it is about gods will and you just became that god. I call the projection into the individual physical self the "outer" illusion and the quantum self is the INNER truth of who you really are when not artificially and temporarily confined to a human bubble of limited awareness. "By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But for those who try and try, the world is beyond the winning." - LAO TZU Because we start from the place where we are, we often start as a human being limited awareness and physical presence. Take playing a pool game for instance. Our first shot requires a physical action. Even though you have an "intention" to play pool, that's not enough to get started. You need to line up your 1st shot. Aim, pull the stick back and shoot. And then go onto the next shot and repeat. The intention is in the mind and is carried out in physical. But when do we "let go" metaphorically and turn the effort over to source or spirit or god? My own dream world answered that question in a long series of dream trainings. Here's how it goes: Aim. Pull the stick back and initiated the cue stick stroke and then let go and turn over control to your source self or quantum awareness. And let it finish the game. That's metaphorical because you still have to physically play the game. But that's where your mental/emotional energy is at. Align yourself. Initiate and then turn it over. Let go. Our TWO aspects have different jobs. Our physical expression "requests" of our source presence through our intent AND action and tells it what we desire for our next reality. When we release control, we then trust and know and let source presence (our quantum self nature) will do IT"S job and that is to fulfill our attractive asking. We live for source and it lives for us. It is the infinity symbol of the divine self in balance with the physical expression. If we are clear and honest about this, ( I call it Coherent,) we attract the flow of reality that which we desire as the quantum self manifests it. And it literally could be anything if we can believe in it. See all the similarity between our perspectives? smiles. Awareness knows itself. :-)

I was close to gang influence and a metal head neighbor gave me the CD and told me to listen later offered me work learning carpentry. This guided me through the spirals back to the creator with armor.

I am stunned. This is my first video of yours and I am blown away. This resonated with me on so many levels and connected so many dots. Much of what I found here, many of the bits and pieces I have heard but were NEVER explained. The irony is that I am a former bodybuilder and spent 26 years in the fitness industry. After losing a marriage and business during the Covid shutdown, I was at my lowest. I rebounded with a new career and after falling into poor health and obesity, I turned to hypnotherapy and awareness to rebuild myself. In doing so, I got back into the gym. I have always been a metalhead listening to "angry music" as you alluded to. Recently I turned off the music and started listening to motivational videos via CZcams and found that I did not "crash" following my workouts. Ironic even more so is that this is how I found your video.
I fought to save my marriage and was determined not to let my business fall. A business that owned me rather than me owning it. I closed it, reopened and then closed it again. Once I let that go and finally stopped resisting a career change, it was a seemingly effortless transition, and all the pieces fell into place. A year later, my life is completely different as I released so much of my anger. I was always filled with rage before.
I told my best friend that love is a much stronger emotion than anger. I am a much stronger person now than ever before.

Quazi, I recently started practicing these same principles through my journey in awakening and studying consciousness for the last year. I was in such a depressive state and one day I woke up and decided that I was no longer going to accept depression. I visualized a reality and tied my emotion with the thought of positivity and surrounding myself with positive influence. At the same time, I acknowledge that things may be perceived by some as negative, but if you take those experiences and recognize that you are not going to focus and dwell in the negative, but instead take the positive from it and visualize your emotion as if it is already happening in the future. Everything seems to fall in place. Even my fiance has noticed a huge shift in my self lately. Not just her, all of the people around me as well. It is truly amazing that I stumbled across this video. You are exactly right at the beginning of the video when you said that stumbled across it for some specific reason as if it was meant for me. I am now sharing this with others and I am very inspired by your teaching. Thank you! I look forward to seeing the rest of your content!

“See the world as part of you” allows one to literally move and command “The All.” I learned this in Telekinetic Teachings. And it’s good to hear it somewhere else.
In 2015, I stumbled upon the concept of being “the observer” (via meditation)… I used it to wean myself off of the antidepressants and other mood altering prescriptions I was taking for years. I also learned to detect the chemical changes the led to depressive episodes as well as anxiety attacks. I have pretty much left my bipolar issues in the past.
Just this year, I discovered The Kybalion in a book store. That little book has been an eye/mind opener. It spelled out so many things that I felt on a deeper instinctual level that I could never fully explain.

Awesome! I love that others are taking books like the Kybalion and making it consumable by others who dont spend as much time as us to study these principles. I have been studying these principles with other metaphysical teachings for 5 years now, and I have applied them to my own life very successfully, manifesting everything I need, exactly when i need it. The dogma and derision for this topic needs to be removed, these principles are SUPER powerful. People NEED to understand they have FULL control over their life. Life happens FOR us, not too us. We are living out own thoughts on a daily basis. Its is as easy as changing our thoughts to change our lives.
I train the same principles but to small groups along with complimentary meditation techniques.
I believe the principles and understandings of the Kybalion should be a mandatory teaching at schools to be honest.
It warms my heart to see young people studying these things in a sobre manner. Masha'Allah.

An important correction: In the book Power vs Force, David R. Hawkins actually specifies that while the *average* consciousness level of humanity rests at a little over 200, that does *NOT* mean that most sit there. As you said, it's a logarithmic scale, and that means that - as he also writes in the book - someone with a number of, say 600, compensates for something like 1 000 000 people at 150 or someting like that.
So most people are actually below that 200 level threshold, which is honestly not surprising. You don't have to look far to see that most people live life in a relatively low conscience state.

"The universe is my friend" is the sum up of this video and thank you for your content! I haven't read many religious/spiritual books but I'm a psychologist who likes philosophy and physics. At this point, the lines between those disciplines are blurrier than ever. The more you understand quantum physics, the human mind and the fundaments of religion, the more they all sound similar. I wonder if this brings us closer to the singularity and whether the rise of AI is not somehow conntected to the rather high self-actualization that a lot of people went through in the past decade. Interesting times to be alive :)

I’ve had the most fantastic revelations over the past two years noticing how every single “religion” is teaching the same thing. The Bible is one of the most intricate and beautiful books ever written about ourselves, our subconscious, energy and our different states of being. Once you know how to read it, it is a literal instruction manual. Teaching exactly how to navigate and control your own power. I notice different teachings just using different characters and stories to teach the same thing. Same principles that you are teaching now, also in a wonderful way.
I don’t know how we’ve gotten so far from the truth and the knowledge that we once had. They even tried to write it down for us in one thousand different ways. Instead the mistranslations are so vast and wide spread people even using the false translations of religion to propagate fear and separation… the exact opposite of what they’re teaching.
Thanks for doing what you do. However people can understand it -they need to.
This is call Faith. Is believing trust and doing. And is only by faith that we are able to have have God do the impossible and perform miracles in our life. Without faith we lack understanding knowledge and wisdom of God within and out ourselves.

Unfortunately, my thoughts and attitude changed due to not understanding the true meaning and my vibration lowered and the effects were detrimental to my life. I hadn't realised this until watching your video and it wasn't by chance it came to me. You explained exquisitely and thank you for giving what I experienced a name! I've been on both ends of letting go and seeing "what can I give?" Even though I stick with that I notice that people take advantage of me and keep taking and taking. It feels good to be that way but doesn't make my bank account feel good and thdn nor do I plus it takes much of my time. Naturally I'm a loving and giving person but seems that recognizing and protecting myself feels good too and I know you might be thinking ... balance. Any insight from anyone?

I went through the same thing for a long time. I learnt to gradually change my self talk with daily repetition. Examples - " I am worthy of respect from others", I am valuable and people treat me that way", People appreciate me and treat me well", " I offer good service and I only work for people who appreciate my service and are happy to pay me well". Eventually I began to accept these ideas completely and my external world slowly shifted to mirror these ideas

Nice presentation. I have some things for you and others to consider to take things even further into the realms of higher understanding.
I can't prove to anyone what I've experienced but I'll say it once here to be considered.
In 2012, I experienced an inner journey of consciousness to become the ONE MIND of all that is. It was a massive experience like a thousand NDE's rolled into one "Journey to become Source" consciousness itself.
Done with that part.
So I know beyond duality. I know the layers and the "apperance" of linearity of the chart you shared. I don't know how I was able to return from that experience to be human again but one lesson from that is that nothing is simply a linear progression. Quantum consciousness is way too complex for that.
So may I suggest losing the concepts of "the way things are supposed to be." We really cannot judge by looking at another and determine where they are in their own spiritual evolution.
Now, old science talked about "vibration." What is more relevant now is "information." Information is the organizing principle behind all vibration and energy. Without information, there is no vibration. And so the language of information as consciousness itself, is more direct and powerful than continuing to talk about vibration. Quantum physics has named the "the field" as the Information Field. I know it is addicting to keep up with the old school spiritual interpretations of science that obsess with vibration. Everyone does it. But it's much more powerful to begin thinking in terms of information or pure consciousness and it leads to less misunderstanding. And we need understanding to truly know love for they are a part of the same awareness.
Next, we are all simultaneously both physical beings (physics) and we are also quantum physics beings. (Quantum). The rules governing the two at first seem vastly different and yet both are true and exist within each other. And its the same for our "selves." On the physical level and with regards to awareness, our "self" awareness here is isolated. No one will EVER know what it's like to be YOU nor you THEM. From this limited perspective of physical "self" awareness, we each are quite alone. At the same time, our quantum awareness is at the level of realizing that ALL is connected; ALL is ONE. I know. I became the universe and more when I became the ONENESS of all that is and isn't.
So I teach about seeing ourselves from different points of perspective at the same time. We are not one thing or another. We are individuals and we are the oneness. It just depends upon how far you're willing to LET GO and sink into the internal portal of your quantum nature and connect with your INNER quantum consciousness. There, it is not about free will or fate. Rather, it is about gods will and you just became that god. I call the projection into the individual physical self the "outer" illusion and the quantum self is the INNER truth of who you really are when not artificially and temporarily confined to a human bubble of limited awareness.

Because we start from the place where we are, we often start as a human being limited awareness and physical presence. Take playing a pool game for instance. Our first shot requires a physical action. Even though you have an "intention" to play pool, that's not enough to get started. You need to line up your 1st shot. Aim, pull the stick back and shoot. And then go onto the next shot and repeat. The intention is in the mind and is carried out in physical. But when do we "let go" metaphorically and turn the effort over to source or spirit or god? My own dream world answered that question in a long series of dream trainings.
Here's how it goes: Aim. Pull the stick back and initiated the cue stick stroke and then let go and turn over control to your source self or quantum awareness. And let it finish the game. That's metaphorical because you still have to physically play the game. But that's where your mental/emotional energy is at. Align yourself. Initiate and then turn it over. Let go.
Our TWO aspects have different jobs. Our physical expression "requests" of our source presence through our intent AND action and tells it what we desire for our next reality. When we release control, we then trust and know and let source presence (our quantum self nature) will do IT"S job and that is to fulfill our attractive asking. We live for source and it lives for us. It is the infinity symbol of the divine self in balance with the physical expression. If we are clear and honest about this, ( I call it Coherent,) we attract the flow of reality that which we desire as the quantum self manifests it. And it literally could be anything if we can believe in it.
See all the similarity between our perspectives? smiles. Awareness knows itself. :-)
