Such a big thanks to you for teaching this old dog new tricks😂I am back to school (after 40yrs) for a bachelors and you are really helping!!
I literally can't thank you enough for your strategic, cohesive, and comprehensive content! I just started my graduate program last week and I am getting a jump start on my papers and your channel has been extremely helpful!
I'm happy to help!! Glad you found this video helpful. I'll be rooting for you in your classes 😊
Thank you!! I found you as I was searching for assistance with citing in APA format as I just started college after 20 years and was completely confused. I appreciate your videos!!
Thank you!!! Very helpful, masterfully explained, and clearly presented.
...thank you so much for all your help!!!
You really help me understand clearly.
Thanks
Cool! thanks, really learned a lot
I got much information about APA 7th edition, thank you so much...
Hello Chelsea, thank you so much for sharing your videos specifically, referring to APA!! I just finished my two Summer semesters and thanks to you and your videos especially, with APA papers and now learning PowerPoint presentations, I passed both classes with A's!! I wish I found your videos years ago but SO appreciate them now and I can't wait to use them in my future classes!!❤️🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼
That's amazing!!! Thank you for taking the time to share that with me. I'll be wishing you the best of luck this semester.
@@smartstudent_official Thank you Chelsea, much appreciated!!❤️🥰🙏🏼🙏🏼
Thank you so much . best explanation
This video helps a lot!! Thanks!!
Thank you
Good stuff Chelsea.
Brilliant, thanks so much :-)
Thank you so much for this informative and helpful video on APA.
Great! I'm happy to help. Thanks for your support 😊
Very helpful 👍 thank you 🥰
I appreciate your support!! 😊
Thank you so much for these tutorials they are very helpful. The only thing I think is different, is that, you use the date conventions of the country you are in, I believe. For instance in Australia it would be day than month. And please correct me if I’m wrong.
hey, i just found out your channel because I'm struggling with my thesis right now but idk where to start honestly, can you recommend which video i should go through first, sec, third, etc. in order to write a thesis, thanks in advance 💓
Hi Chelsea! I appreciate all of your informative videos on writing research papers, as I am currently facing the task of writing one this semester. My professor was going over referencing today using APA 7th edition, and I came across this video after class. I noticed that you said throughout your video that when we include the author, we should include it by their last name, middle initial, first initial, but isn't the correct way of referencing the author by last name, first initial, middle initial? I looked up one of the articles you used as an example to see the full name of the author (e.g., Christopher J. Soto) to confirm the actual order of how to include the author's full name when referencing it, and I found that it is last name, first initial, middle initial. You wrote it down correctly in your example, but you just stated it out of order, which may confuse someone unfamiliar with referencing. I just wanted to point this out so that maybe you can edit what you said in the video so someone who is new to this doesn't get it wrong. Anyhow, thank you again for sharing your knowledge with us, as it has been extremely helpful. I am looking forward to purchasing your digital APA-made easy guidebook this week.
Not sure if I’m confusing referencing styles but when one sees “et al” after a list of numerous authors, is that APA referencing and citations or something else?
Btw stumbled across your channel today and I love the content, thanks for taking time to make such impactful videos 🙏🏾
I have no idea, so I can't answer your question. But I just saw here video on in text citations for APA, she used "et al" there. So maybe you should check out the video about in text citation
I think its a way of shortening having to putting all the authors down. So, say if you have five authors that worked on a piece together. You would mention the first author's last name and then at et al to include the rest of the collaborators without having to list out everyone of the collaborators. So, if I had Johnson, Baker, Watson, Sherlock, and General, then when I reference them in my paper, I could say Johnson et al. (2022) mentioned....
Why is there an indent on the URL on the next line? Is this indent created by using the tab. And is this mandatory?
maybe I am just blind but I do not see the PDF download!
I was in a webinar just now with you and lost you don't know how to get back to it
where 9s the document?
Where is the PDF 😢?
