One of the most painful feelings in ow is screaming at the (no comms) mercy who is rezzing you (near the end of your rez cooldown) into a 2v5 as you watch in horror as the mercy dies right after the rez completes and you stare at the 1v5 you suddenly find yourself in.
Too real. This is the reason I wish we had the option to deny getting resurrected

As a masters 1 support player, please guys, stop dying for your teammates dumb plays, it’s not your job to bail them out of stupid, it’s to support and enable their smart plays. Once you stop throwing yourself into the enemy and play your life u will start to climb
Now I’m not saying never help them out of a bad situation, but don’t die for them. it’s better to be alive to heal your other teammates than to die alongside your dumb teammate
@@soaksoped_feline9888legit, after picking up Ana and prioritising playing smart and trying to get out of fights alive if I can, I’ve been flamed so hard for not bailing out teammates doing dumb plays or not healing through walls. Like I know it’s metal ranks but, it’s so disheartening when you try your best ;A;

@@soaksoped_feline9888 I've been LoS'd as an Ana so many times with people yelling for heals, and then saying "no heals, you suck" meanwhile you see the Rein charge into their backline at the start of the game, and a shield between me and him. My thought is, can't save stupid there. I think I ended that game with around 13k healing and this was only Quickplay.
Except in bronze. Most of the plays are dumb plays, so enabling those dumb plays is the only way i can keep my team from completely force feeding lol

I can't tell you how many times I have died the exact same way as Junkrat on the last point trying to get up in that little hole.
I think I've died to it like two or three times and then it just clicked for me to stop doing that.

As someone who fell to bronze 3 recently before getting back to gold 1 plat 5, I can definitely say that dps/aggressive morias are a real thing and lowkey super annoying because the amount of times I've been dove by one is crazy
Aggressive Moiras are the WORST lmao. Because they shouldn't be rewarded for going way in the enemy backline--but sometimes they are because your team is so braindead and its like, are you kidding me??
Tbh that's how even higher ranked moiras get value although they don't go chasing kills and know how to bait out cooldowns to help their team
@@ShadowLady1 So true. And lower ranks, just being in their backline and attracting their attention carries games. My playlist is healbot + griefing enemy supports with DPS Moira. Switch back and forth when needed.

Well I've just realized as a person who is hard stuck in bronze and analises every game I play to get better, if this is gold, I deserve plat as a Moira/Mercy main. Damn this was crazy.

I’m not tryna be that guy but I know goodwell I play a better moira (maybe they do too). This vid made me realize my teammates aren’t gonna get any better if i were to hit gold. I would literally climb out of bronze into silver only to consistently find worse teammates in silver than bronze
they did say at the start it felt like a bronze/silver game for them
@@marvynjeanbaptiste3206 lol I've kinda given up on Ranked, I dont need the badge and as I've realised it doesnt matter what rank I'm in or play against there are always matches where we're rolled, those where I get braindead team mates and games where the stars just dont align, rarely do I ever feel like most people are at the same level regardless and the pressure of ranked doesn't elevate my game or anyone elses. QP is fine without the ranked aggro lol

If you look up 'opera for dummies tiktok' the second video should be a "literal" translation of the OG lyrics, if anyone is interested in the overly-dramatic plotlines of opera. It also imo makes using opera for this even funnier.

As a gold player that tank is something I come across often and do what they did 2nd round which is go mercy and focus on the dps. Shame they didn't play kiri as that could have helped with their tank being antid all game but I doubt that would have helped much either lol

A common thing i see moiras do in bronze through gold is spray their healing on a full hp target, for 1-2 seconds straight. It is why you have no healing midfight, when your tank is critical. Just tap the healing, or give full bursts when they need nore healing. Save your resources for the fight.

You are never gonna fill the shoot turret box, that's more of a bronze thing. Should replace it with "doesn't swap for the entire game despite being hard countered".

They're playing backwards. Moira on def Mercy on attack. I go the other way for res on long walk def and Moira can sometimes run out of heals without enemies in range. On I attack I like to send it with the ult :D

I was recently placed in gold 4, Kinda Scared as I'm a casual who spends most of my time in training and arcade. For reference, I'm usually placed in bronze........I only play competitive placement to passively earn points for gold weapons.
As a moira main, watching them overheal constantly brings me pain. It's OKAY for your dumb DPS to take a few hits, it's not worth risking your life to rush over to heal 15 damage
I hate how the Moira keeps wasting her juice on the rein even tho he was full and had a shield, they just keep healing him until they wasted half of their juice even tho they actually healed 0 health because he had full health the entire time

How did that Rez not go through? I’ve killed enemy mercy at that stage before and the rez still completed some how.
There's an activation radio for Rez, if you step out of it before it completes it won't go through (and the CD will still activate) It's much easier to hit it when on Valk since you move faster

So how does the ranked system work? I kinda understand the whole go up every 5 wins go down every 15 losses part, but I only recently went from unranked to actually having a rank, and apparently I'm a gold player but only in open queue and I guess unranked in the other parts of comp? I don't understand how that works.
You have to play a role to be ranked in it

@@helixsol7171Yup, your ranks are different, which is nice to see exactly where you fall in each category. If you rank up but stay in the same rank always check the number at the number that says “You’re higher than ____ % of players in this rank.” If it goes higher each time, it means you’re climbing. If you lose a bunch a matches sometimes it’ll put you at a lower % or it’ll put you into a lower rank

Look, if you're gonna play Moira and the enemy is too far to right-click, you gotta stop using your healing spray constantly. It's a heal over time effect, and spritzing your DPS is sufficient so you don't run low. Right-click when able, but stop wasting so much spray. You'll realize your healing will go much further and you won't be as resource starved. But, definitely be right-clicking when you can.

Usually faster,decent ability usage and okay ish aim I guess,also slightly better game sense but they said this was late season so this probably looks worse than the average gold game

WHAT IS DVA PACT I STILL DONT GET IT
the dva pact is this idea that in lower ranks, everyone has made a pact that someone will always die to the dva bomb. even if it's a terrible ult, the idea is that everyone has agreed that at least one person will make sure to die to it.
obviously there isn't really any actual pact like that. but people die to dva bombs very very frequently because they aren't used to using cover consistently, which makes it seem like an intentional pattern
