For a while, i was going a bit hard, and now my inner elbow hurts and took some time off. Need to get back in and try again. Was benching 265lb and weighed 195lb

@@jimmyispromo Damn, you're strong brother! Look up Myogenix Joint and Tissue. It's got glucosamine and more importantly UC-II which is amazing for joint pains. That and about 4 to 6 fish oil a day and you should be good. Otherwise talk to a doctor about bpc-157. I tore my tricep off the bone trust me I know about elbow pain but everything above helped me out a bunch. That and look up the CZcams channels (Pre)hab and Squat University they are amazing for injury prevention or on fixing current injuries. Hope this helps and sorry for the lengthy response!
