Date of Construction (DoC) 1961 as mentioned at the facade of Ran Pathani railway station seems incorrect, keeping in view the design of the building. The arches, ceiling & stone masonry etc indicate this railway station predates 1961. There is a strong evidence the station in question was constructed by the Britishers in 1861as a part of Karachi - Kotri railway section.

Me too have worked for Pakistan railway for 5 years as a goods train guard. In the olden days I had heard that there had been a horrible accident at ran pathani station.

salam bohat aala faheem bhai .maza agaya adennture ka or food dekh ker bhook bhi lag gae mai dublin mai rehta hoon and miss food z ager app ko yad ho ya ap chotay hoon . pakistn ke bare train accident per bhi documenty banae jasakti hai for example sangi or ghotki mai 90s mai 2 hadsay huway thay jis mai 500 in each logon ki death huwe thi . just giving u my thoughts about detailed documentry and exatct places and reason could be intresting beacuse they were very big accidents in the history of pak rail and i was traveling alot in 90s . so this is just my suggetion about documnetry like peopele do about airplanes and get millions views . i know bohat mehnat ka kaam hai but it will be diffrnet and reward bhi diffrent hoga .baqi u kmow better then me what to do
