Another Great Representation of the Motorized Bike Community. Good to see someone doing American parts. Let me know if I can help on my channel.
Thank you, very useful.
cool video i have no need for anything like this but it came up on my feed and i enjoyed it. its nice seeing someone make something and tell you how to make it even if you sell it yourself.
I did sort of the opposite, I got the Arch tensioner and cut the ends off. Then welded it to the seat and chain stays for a cleaner look also no clamps needed. Also you don't want it too far from the roller, Not too many spacers as it will bend the bolt if there is to much tension from the chain. Cool video though, Keep up the great work.
Good idea. I'd offer watch for cracks at the welds, however I've done a fair share of welding on frames myself.
Very cool.
I run no tension. It doesn't eat the tire like tensioners do. Just remove a few links
Doesn't work on many beach cruisers. Usually mtb frames
If you can shorten the chain without it touching the frame, just delete the tensioner.
Good if one can pull it off. My thought is that chains stretch and sprockets wear. Plus with 2 chains it was always easier to this lazy boy to use a tensioner on the drive chain

Also acts nicely as a chain guard
its better to use a tensioner
Hey Eugene, after breaking in bike engines, are you able to hold throttle for as long as you can after that or for minutes?
Not suggested, Take a racing engine that is ran full throttle for long periods get rebuilt after every race. If you want to run full throttle for longer periods, get a faster machine or at least run the throttle up and down every few seconds
@HughesMotorized I have a yd100 btw. What would actually happen, just overheating and creating a hole of the piston or what?
Also do you need a 66/80 cylinder with a better aluminum top (that keeps it down to like 100f+) to be able to use full throttle? I hear the 66/80 are just a little bit better than the yd100 anyway.
@@breezetix if it overheats the engine could seize up and damage the cylinder and rings, could make the cylinder lining chunk off, or a ring break and destroy top end
@@HughesMotorized lining? Do you mean the cylinder wall
