Frimpong is a shout man. He is absolutely lethal in attack.
For CB, Tapsoba or Diomande would be great too.
Well done with the content.
The club is in an exciting position now . All the changes and a kind of revolution that will eventually see the ownership change. In the big scheme of things these coming transfer windows and new DOF and a proffesional setup should bring sucess.
Spot on. Great stuff!
Thanks bro
Looking forward to episode 3
I really like the options you gave. Todibo and Simakan are great shouts. What do you think Ousmane Diomande? He looks generational. Physical, fast and technically good. His price might be an issue but I think he would be a great addition. Also I might give Vanderson the edge over Frimpong. I think he's a more well rounded RB. But love the vid bro
70m+
Spot on as ever. Good that the flu is almost gone
🙏🏼🙏🏼
I think you are spot on. Lindelof is gonna go to an Italian team next summer
So far in full agreemnt, I think a table at the end giving all the in's and out's with the costs, would bring this all togrther
top video. just a humble contribution. 1-bissaka has been delivering better crosses than dalot this season. garnacho's goal of the season was the way it was because dalot had placed the ball off behind his shoulder lool. bissaka has actually improved his attacking output
Was not aware of the Red Bull player, but Todibo and Frimpong would make a lot of sense.
The big question imo is priorities and which elements of the team need looking at first because we got it all wrong last summer.
Just a random thought: What do you think of signing Juan Foyth? Not as a main starter, but someone to supplement the squad. His strengths and skillset remind me little bit of Pavard who we were linked with in the summer. Can play at full back or centre back, and is comfortable on the ball. Decent at progressing it forward and has the quality and versatility to invert from full back or play as a wide CB in a back 3. Wouldn't imagine him being too pricey either. Main thing for me is he suits the manager's philosophy more than AWB. Have a look at his fbref report.
I did like him in 21/22 but he's fallen down the rankings mainly because of how good Simakan and Frimpong are
I’m not sure if I’d trust Shaw to be the backup LCB. Think it would be a good idea to bring in someone else who can play there and cover at LB when we want a more defensive option. Basically Simakan for the left side of defence. Really like Hancko or Hato from the Eredivisie. Love the other 3 signings you mentioned though, little worried about Frimpong defensively. He basically plays as a RW for Leverkusen.
Good one. We need to sign a left sided centre back, we can't afford to have a repeat of this season next season
Nah I think a RCB is more important. Both Shaw and Todibo can cover the left side if needed
We need a schlotterbeck or a scalvini for cover and depth.
dont know what your seeing in dalot, his attacking output is average and marginally better than a1b in that area however a1b is far superior defensively so it only makes sense to sell dalot and by a superior attacking fullback so we can actually improve the squad.
Nah definitely not. Dalot is much better than AWB for a progressive system. He’s not marginally better than AWB he’s a lot better. AWB cannot play in field or high as a winger, he’s far too limited. Can’t believe people don’t rate Dalot
@@AtlantisFootball Surely it's not that hard to believe bro? He's a defensive liability in terms of reading of the game and positioning and insanely overrated going forward.
Man this season is a complete mess, so many injuries and so many not good enough players playing week in week out. Desperately need better players that are hungry and so far I agree with all of your suggestions, I’ve always wanted Frimpong and always said to sell AWB even tho he ain’t bad. Would’ve sold Varane the coming summer regardless of the performance, same for Maguire and Lindelof.
Agree with all of that
I like Lindelof, but if we can get 20mil for him and maybe 30 for WanBissaka, just get Todibo.
Total agree
I think Jarrad Branthwaite should also get a look in for the center back position.
Branthwaite alongside Todibo could make a solid center back pairing.
And they both complement each other's style of play.
Shaw,Lucas Beraldo,Alvaro Fernandez as left backs. Martinez,Brainthwait,Renato Veiga as LCB.Todibo,Dragusin,Scalvini as RCB.Vanderson,Body and Frimpong as right backs. Also Frimpong and Vanderson can play as right wingers whenever needed...it will be interesting to see Mejbri as a right back option when Vanderson and Frimpong are playing in an advanced role....what's ur take on this mate?
Boey not body....
i wouldnt change anything you said , perfect tbh

Great shouts there, thanks
the video about joao neves
I'd go for frimpong, todibo and scalvini from atalanta
where are the third episode?
Erik Has To Continue To Spend The Money !
No he doesn’t 🤣 this guy has already wasted about £150m, someone needs to take control of it
Do you think malacia is good enough?
Too many players in and out. I think the key issue is midfield. Onana Dalot Todibo Martinez Shaw should be the back 5. I like aderabayo from Fulham and Lloyd Kelly from bournmouth on frees as tall ball playing home grown defenders if you want to move Maguire, Varane and Linedlof on. I'd be worried about Frimpong being well suited to the system he plays in and not able to translate this to United. As much of the budget as possible should go on two top quality midfielders. Only way I could see Frimpong being sensible is if mount is going to play off the right and drift inside constantly to make a 3241
Nah defo not too many in and out. I don’t think those two are anywhere near Simakan. Would be decent options but they aren’t really players I can see being starters long term
@@AtlantisFootball Less so starters but two premier league quality players who fit the tactical system who if necessary could be moved on with ease in 2 or 3 years time due to the fees, their age, and the fact they're homegrown. There's absolutely no point buying a player like Simikan for £30m plus to be a backup when there's so much work that needs doing. Ten Hag only wants 1 right footed centre back so why sign two when you've already got two and you'd have to shift maguire/varane first
Goncalo inacio @ left centre back & todibo @ right centre back & maybe frimpong, simakan or Sacha boey at right back.
@@femi_danjumaLicha plays in midfield with Mainoo and Mount/Bruno
Me personally I would want hato, todibo, diomonde maybe frimpong and bring in simikan aswell
I agree with most things said in this video however I don't think Luke Shaw can be trusted his form dips from season to season plus his very injury-prone. we probably have to keep Lindelof or Maguire due to the squad depth unfortunately
Have to stop relying on Shaw as a starter. Wrong attitude, concentration dips, no intensity. Injury prone.
We don’t have good midfielders to compete for anything in the top level
Yes we do. Mainoo, Mount and Bruno
Todibo, Kevin Danso & Frimpong should be realistic additions.
Alphonso Davies would be the best option for that LB position but I don't see him choosing us over Madrid.
Not happening. We are in hot shit with FFP. We need to stop buying the talk of the town signings and look into untapped markets.
The whole squad is awful spending a fortune on 3 players won't push the needle.
Gotta be realistic people.
I think we will need at least 3 CBs let's not forget we have Evans there at LCB as backup to Martinez. Luke will never be backup. RB I would shift both Dalot and Wan Bissaka and get 2 RBs. so that is 6 players in backline
I don't think frimpong works as utd can't hold possession which will mean frimpong will be doing more defending than attacking
Yeah but that’s why I’m building a team to hold possession 🤣
I honestly and sincerely think man utd should try playing Dalot on the right wing and wan bissaka behind him at least that would be huge upgrade from that fidget spinner
Yeah I’d go with that Tbf. Also ship Antony off to Rwanda
i wish but its no secret man united have no money maybe the build would be more realistic over time but the transfer fee for all 3 playes will only just go up an they will go too a nother club classic united unfortuantly
I don't see the need to ship either RBs. They're both solid. Different profiles and different skill sets with good competition between them. Moving on AWB to bench Dalot for Frimpong sounds like some overthinking stylistic thing only a Pep Guardiola can pull off.
Nah Frimpong is far superior to both. Can’t see the logic behind keeping AWB coz you are gonna have to give him a new contract and he’s far too limited for certain roles in certain games
@@AtlantisFootball The logic in keeping AWB is he is a RB first. He's just average going forward. That's not his game, its Dalot's. Which is why he starts. Bringing in Frimpong who is really a RW is just a stylistic signing. Replacing him only makes sese if it's someone like Dumfries or Mazroui who would actually improve on both ends of the ball. Otherwise why spend the money where it's not needed.
@@Saquan876 nah Dalot starts ahead of AWB at least 70% of the time. Frimpong is more than capable of playing a RB under the right manager. If AWB Was an elite level FB I’d consider it by he’s far from that and can’t seem him getting to that level
@@Saquan876 mate he’s not average going forward he’s below average that’s the issue
Keep Maguire for one more season
Sell Varane this January
Sell Lindelof this summer ( extend his year option clause)
Sell Aaron Wan-Bissaka this summer (extend his year option clause)
Buy Jean Clair-Todibo £35m
Buy Jeremie Frimpong £35m
Buy Alan Matturro - £15m
The midfield is incomplete.
None of the present midfield players except Kobbie mainoo are press resistant, can't dribble, and except Ericson, ball distribution is bad. Bruno Fernandes has given the ball too many times when it was not required. He gets it right few times but majority times he loses the ball. Off the ball movements are worse. Once in a while they play good. But thats it
Only Kobbie Mainoo can be called a midfielder in this team. They can't connect the defenders with the front line.
Midfielders expecting defence to pass the thru ball and they are trying to score. Rather they need to come for the ball and pass balls to the wingers and striker to score. Best example is Scott Mactominay and Casemiro scoring more than strikers and Wingers.
Manchester United have held on to inconsistent players for a long time.
Ten hag is blamed a lot, but look at the experienced players in the side. Not one is consistent. Most give away the ball to easily.
Marcus Rashford, Bruno Fernandes, Anthony, Sancho, AWB, Dalot, lindeloff, Varane, Scott Mactominay. Pogba and Harry Macquire were continued to play despite inconsistent performances just becoz they cost the team a lot. But their impact was worse.
I agree awb shd play more
Did you watch the video?
Boey and Vanderson as right backs and Frimpong as right winger....what do u think of that?
We need a decent DoF or we will keep burning money like we did with W Bissaka, Maguire, Mount, Antony among others.
Yeah agreed but that’s pretty obvious tho
@@AtlantisFootball every time i remember Ten Hag´s first Summer i want to cry, those 150M for Casemiro and Antony would have been enough to get us Rice and Gakpo, this season those 55M on Mount would have been more than enough for us to sign Onana from Everton or even Mac Allister. Its amazing how poorly United spends its money.
Bro, did you think about the homegrown rule
Love to see this happen, but it's unrealistic bro
No it’s not unrealistic at all. I went over the homegrown player rule in the first episode. You just have to bring in the right homegrown players elsewhere
The sad thing, Manchester will not get any of these players without a change to the board. Other clubs will get them maybe a Liverpool, City. United fans, please don't have any faith even though this video is worth class. #sad
Thanks 🙏🏼 but you know INEOS are taking over football operations right?
@@AtlantisFootball For sure, I have been seeing rapid news on it, but it has been taking ages and the world knows how bad Manchester United is at getting things done. They're out of Europe thus without any proper structure before or starting this January to continue beyond all these good signings will go elsewhere. I would love to see all 3 signed but I don't know if even 1 will be purchased.
Not bad. I'd absolutely sell Shaw and replace him with Bastoni.
@@femi_danjuma I like Theo Hernandez. My preference is for more of a defender though, to play alongside Lisandro Martinez. Someone who excels defending wide areas and is physically robust. Theo is great going forward but a bit more of a liability on the defensive side. He dives in to tackles. Bastoni I'd rock solid, an athlete, physical monster and good ball carrier plus an elite progressive passer from the back.
Dalot out
Definitely not
The reason I would only sign 2 players at the back is to use most of the money in the midfield bring back greenwood solve right wing problem
For RB I'd go for Konrad Laimer.
Bayern aren't selling. He's a bit too good
I would buy Antonio Silva he looks amazing however he is not good in the air yet so I would keep a eye on him
If u rate dalot ahead of wan bissaka , its obvious u know nothing about football
Not really, it’s not a clear cut opinion. But the fact you think that tells me you have very little ball knowledge little fella. Dalot is defo a better FB in modern game
Nice work bro
But I recommend Everton’s leftback
Mykolenko
He should cost around 35mil
Yeah he’s good but I’m happy with Shaw, Malacia and Reguilon/Fernandez
Only 1 cb atlantis?
2, Simakan and Todibo
Frimpong and todibo should be signed we keep maguire and lindelof for 1 season
Sell malacia keep fernandez as shaws back up
Sell bissaka
Shaw martinez todibo Frimpong as new backline
We always talk abt spending millions. The system, the mal-admin, infrastructure and some bad cultures, should all be changed before belringing in any player. Before splashing penny.
I’m not being funny mate, you’ve used so much jargon here I’ve got no idea what you’re on about
I wont trust eth or murtough with big money signing again.
Awb had no positioning
Wouldn’t say no positioning but the fact that people cant see that he has positional problems must mean people only judge defenders off tackles because that’s what is shown in compilations
When our wingers and strikers so trash, So All pressure come to other roles
knowing United they'll each cost 100 mil
Nah they won’t. £40m each I’d say. Unless they have crazy second half of the season.
DALOT should go before AWB
Nah defo not. He’s a much more complete FB. can’t understand how people can’t see this. AWB only beats him in one vs one defending and even then Dalot is decent not terrible
@@AtlantisFootballBest take I've seen for time dalot criminally underrated. Man UTD fans hopeless romantics still wishing for that love story where AWB is good offensively
@@Jiga264 🤣🤣🤣 finally someone else. I can’t believe people rate AWB higher than Dalot. It just seems so clear cut that Dalot is the much better FB in the modern game.
@@AtlantisFootball Yes yes he definitely is now throughout all the videos I’ve watched the you’ve made some very valid points and all of the time alright but this is one of your horrifically wrong.
Dalot is a better footballer Aaron Wan-Bissaka is the better fullback and defenders a whole. Dalot has middling speed, physicality and defending, but higher footballing, IQ and technique. On the other hand, AWB, this hacker is better physically he’s faster way better at defending more consistent, arguably and mediocre with football, IQ and technique, but also works hard and has better work ethic.
All of that I need to get that means and attacks better. Also Dalot doesn’t have as higher the ceiling as AWB. Dalot is a player you do one for rotation for sale AWB, is someone who could become one of the best right backs in the world, the level of Kyle Walker/Trent, effect and argue better than Trent, because Trent isn’t as good as defending, but he’s a lot better at attacking their opposites
@@MartialFitness656 nah mate you’re horrifically wrong here. AWB is never going to be an elite FB with his technical ability. Dalot’s ceiling is far higher than AWB
AWB is even more positionally vulnerable than Dalot is. It’s literally just his 1 vs 1 defending which is elite.
He’s not way better at defending, Dalot is just majorly underrated. Dalot also is a much more intelligent player and can play in multiple different areas of the pitch
Wan Bissaka going nowhere, Dalot can leave so we can sign another RB to back up Wan Bissaka.. Followed by Maguire, Varane and Lindelof, I would sign Todibo, Inacio and Vanderson
Nah no way. Dalot has to stay ahead of AWB. Wan-Bissaka is just not good enough in possession for a progressive top side. I’d rather have Dalot than Vanderson and with Inacio I’d rather a right footed centre back because both Shaw and Todibo can play on the left
Please AWB can go
That guy doesn't have one ounce of positional awareness. Always gets cut in his blind side, aside one V one he has nothing to offer
we have different opinions but i would rather have a top one on one defender in Wan Bissaka than an attacking Dalot..Vanderson clears Dalot on any aspect@@AtlantisFootball
Douglas luiz is a must, would be perfect with mainoo
Not 100% convinced, I think there’s a better Villa CM available
WHO?
@@melkersteen6387Kamara
@@melkersteen6387 next episode 👀
I like him (Kamara) he has lots of potential and fits great with Mainoo. However I believe Douglas Luiz currently is regarded as a world class number 8 still he may not be the best fit for ten hag and his system. But I do believe that if there is a chance then you have to go for Luiz and build and adapt your midfield around him and mole mainoo to work around him.
Lindelof is the biggest con artist in the league
thats a baseless analysis when we know dalot awb lindelof will get new massive deals🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What you on about 🤣🤣 what does that have to do with this video. Lindelof and AWB defo aren’t getting new deals lmao
Todibo en frimpong are beter
AWB is far better than dalot, so dalot should leave for another rightback
He’s not. Dalot is the much better full back in the modern game.
Sell maguire, varane and lindelof. Evans will leave since he's on a short term contract.
Bring in todibo and branthwaite and promote will fish and willy kambwala from the academy to the senior team.
Start martinez alongside todibo as 1st choice cb pairing. Pair up branthwaite with fish and they'll be backup. Kambwala will be 5th choice if there's an injury crisis.
Dalot is a terrible player! Honestly i wouldn't keep either one. But if i had to, id keep AWB ahead of Dalot. At least AWB does what he's good at very well. People think Dalot is this good attacking FB, when in reality his attacking output is actually criminally poor. He can't actually cross. His runs forward hardly ever produce anything. He and Antony just keep faffing around that right wing, thats why our forwards arent getting any supply. He needs to go asap!
🤣🤣🤣 what you watching, Dalot has been excellent this season. His crossing is far better than AWB’s and his runs forward produce a lot more than AWB’s.
Dalot is the most overrated player at United.
💀💀 nah most underrated
