  • Many thanks to Senkoji Farms for inviting me to see their Yuzu operation. This was the very first time I have picked a fresh Yuzu fruit and squeezed the pure juice from it.

❤❤😍😊🍋🗾Yuzu... from Kochi is the best...! Watching Hiro squeeze the yuzu and drink it like it was the finest wine said it all. The Yuzu peel candy I buy here is so good too. All the Japan videos are so interesting and educational. Love the way people are so happy and welcoming. I can't wait next month one of the Japanese stores are going to have a Kochi Fair where they bring in products from Kochi. Thank you now I have an idea of what to get. Thank you to the Diaries team for putting this amazing video together with all the English translation captions. Saikou Desu!😇So excited to see Hiro present this special YUZU to he mom.

I have a couple yuzu trees. I rarely see anyone using the zest. Is the taste appreciably different from lemon/lime/orange. I was thinking of making a Limoncello with the zest.
