- The main event of the season for the Attack series.
These are the highlights from the biggest time attack event in Japan.
Rainfall until early morning and the rapid increase in temperatures as the day progressed meant it was extremely difficult for teams to manage tire temps.
Despite most cars having trouble hitting their target times or new PBs, there were still a good number of participants that were successful in the never-ending quest to go faster.

Heey,
Could you tell me, what’s the most popular tire used in Time attack Japan ? The A050? Or something else?
Let’s say the fastest one.
Yes, the A050 is in the Attack series, as Yokohama was the major sponsor.
However, more and more have started using Hoosiers after seeing it at last year's event on the VIbrant Civic.
ShuBoxInc is there any performance differences between the a050 and the new a052?
Here in Europe we prefer the Michelin
@@StraussAndre Yes, the A050 is an S tire and the A052 is classified as a street tire.
The A050 is at the top of the Advan line up and is the faster tire.
