I've just bought the Air 2S, and was a bit disappointed to see that AEB didn't go down (or up) very far. Ideally, 2 stops down (and up) from '0' (the camera's 'suggested correct exposure) will given a better chance of a more accurately blended HDR image.

Thank you for the still photo tips. Most drone CZcamsrs ignore still photographers as CZcams creators work almost exclusively with video.
Any word on how to set the exposure/shutter speed?
Great video! You mention the lack of adjustable aperture on the Air 2s which can be somewhat accommodated by the use of ND filters. I certainly understand this when it comes to providing slower shutter speeds for motion blur or if one needed to capture a long exposure photo. When it comes to still landscape photos, I do not see any benefit to ND filters at all since you can simply adjust the shutter speed to get the desired exposure. I am not a professional but I would like to know what the benefit of ND filter would be in a still landscape photo.
Different strokes for different folks!
Typically we are shooting both photo and video at the same time when the bird is in the air. That’s why we chose to use NDs. But you are correct, for landscapes they aren’t necessary
@@GearFocus Thanks for the reply. I do the same thing. I use filters for videos but will certainly take photos while I'm up there. This video was about still photos so I thought you were using the ND filters for the still photos. I am still learning, so I thought I may be missing something. I've subscribed and look forward to more tutorials.

No. The Mavic 2 Pro has variable aputure.

Do you use NDs for Photographic images?
depends on the situation. If I'm shooting both video and photo, then I'll use NDs. If just photo, I don't use NDs, since I can change shutter speed.
