She had that massive talent right to the end.
poor, poor woman. With all of that talent she was clinging to everyone who told her he would take care of her. But this one was probably the biggest loser of them all. I feel deep sorrow for her watching this.
This one is a great find.
The parallels between Judy's life and Edith Piaf's are innumerous. I don't know why some producer hasn't picked up on that.
At the end, poor Judy was burning out and surrounded by hangers-ons and unsavory people. This great Lady didn’t have a chance in the end. Heartbreaking to see her so frail and vulnerable. I hope she’s at peace now because she deserves it. ❤
Who is the other guy, the blonde? Just seemed odd to have another man accompany her on her wedding day. I guess he was the "best man"? No bridesmaid?
This is just so sad. Poor Judy.
I’m pretty confident that the blonde guy is Judy’s friend Johnnie/Johnny Ray. I know that he accompanied her on piano and sang with Judy quite often around this time. I don’t know much about him professionally, but from my current knowledge, he is mostly associated with music (if that wasn’t too obvious).
@@LT82659 - he had a few big hits in the late 50’s and early 60’s. They were good friends for about a decade.
The lady at 4:35 is Bumble Dawson, an English costume designer friend of Judy's, assisting with this trainwreck.
That's what I was thinking too!
Is this the same dress she was laid to rest in?
So frail and thin x
