Hi! It didn't work for me. What should be the next step?
My issue is certain apps not playing videos on Edge browser but the sound is playing for those videos. Looking for a way to downgrade to a previous version of Edge because it was working on my laptop before I allowed Edge to auto-update, but my other PC had the issue the whole time.
For some reason I don't get an option to skip when it tells me that there are files in use, there's only 'try again' and 'cancel'
