The fact that hr, his fmily and friends did everything by hand, speaks volumes of his passion! Most contestants have absolutely no say in their performance at all!!
That seems to be the Icelandic way. They have so little people there that they can't trust others will do things for them
The fact the instruments make a circle is amazing.

WAITWAITWAIT THEY DOOO, I think it was in the second rehearsal where Dabi(sorry i cant find the letter) nad the back singers came to the front stage and the three others formed a circle in the background!!!!!!!!!!

Dadi & Gagnamagnid are the most special contestants in all the Eurovision history. They are so fascinating! They are no stars, they are no divas, they are only a group of friends with an dream and a great song. I hope they win on saturday 22.

This is what you have to show to the countries that said they don't have enough funding to participate in the ESC. What they don't have is passion and willingness to participate. Love you, Iceland. The entirety of Europe is impressed by you!

This is a really creative way to play around the rule of "no live instruments allowed"! Good job Daði :-) I know everyone's taste is different but honestly I enjoy 10 Years more than Think About Things (both are great in its own way!) @@DerLiesl from what I remember it's because of time/logistics. Just imagine doing the soundcheck for 25 different acts! I also believe that bringing & plugging 5-ish instruments on stage for each singer would take quite some time.
@@nicholasdaniel4866 what about rock acts like Maneskin where instruments are a huge part, they just have to pretend to play the instruments?
@@cristinab4119 Yes. I believe they are playing, it's just that nothing is plugged in (if you pay attention you can also notice that there are no cables of any kind on stage).
This group is definitely one of a kind, i really think no one will every be like them or able to bring me as much joy as them

@@Sam-op6us There's a 5 day quarantine period at least so I'm assuming the semi-final is out of the question, but I'm way more worried about Arny and the baby to be honest, I'm fairly confident even the live on tape will get them to the final.
@@andrineslife If they test negative it should be fine right? It was someone on their team that tested positive, no update on the group's test results yet afaik.
