you can eat more when you are not hungry. Those competition eaters always eat something light to take away the hunger before the competition starts. I have noticed this too with myself. When I order when I am starving, I order way too much and cannot even eat 1/2 of what I order.
Not better then buffet Asia. You gotta go good location on weekend at dinner. They have much more then what I see here. Plus lobster & drink comes with itm just don't go flamingo location was sick just checked out that location yesterday omg woof. The sashimi/ nigiri rolls/sushi is same as stand alone quality. Places I go. Not location on flamingo buffet Asia omg sick. Summerlin good & other location.

I love the Buffet Asia as well. I’ve done multiple videos there. That’s the location I go to as well. Great spot.
