Well you can put the skull in a deodorant cap like a seal and it will way easier

nope it's a simple wig dyed by me , but now I am thinking to buy the lucaille noctis wig because on Arda I cannot find the color

question about the dyeing process - did you rinse the dye from the shirt in between each application? I like the effect and am considering it for my own Noctis costume but I'm concerned the dye will run when I have to have the shirt cleaned.
nope, I dyed it more times before I washed it , if you use the correct dye color the color will not run away (could just a little) (:
there are cotton or synthetic colors, hot and cold application color etc with some color dyes you need to iron the fabric after the application for exemple

Am I right in the assumption that the fabric paint you used is more akin to the type that they use for screenpainting? It looks like it based upon the bottle, my local Dick Blicks has something similar. I prefer that type of fabric paint because you get better pigment, opacity, and coverage with it.

it's written in the final description cosplay annart and me made the costume
I will do it the same way only one thing bothered me alitte, you could glue the skulls ond another piece of foam/paper like a stamp, so you dont get any paint on your hand ans you have it easier to put them on and off!
with leather is simplier and I made them better (I tried foam and I didn't like the effect)
Noctis have not perfect skulls so leather is perfect in my opinion (:
for the hands problem it happens also with foam but it wasn't a problem at all I washed them xP
