When you lose a significant other that you deeply love, that love never dies. It is, however, possible for that widowed person to find love again, but they never stop loving the person they lost. Unfortunately, far too many don't understand that, especially the person they next find love with. If you're the next person, you need to understand and respect that. You'll never replace that person, nor should you try. But people with big hearts are capable of loving another and appreciating their new love for who that person is. Unfortunately, too many, mostly women, think that there is only one person out there for each of us. That we only have one soul mate, which, in a world of 8 billion people, is just ridiculous.

The more she's in the market, the more her music is being played and the more people keep her memory alive, the more her legacy lives on. I'm sure has a sense of pride in that. She's one of the only artist I know besides Tupac people still talk about. Even kids who were not even old enough to remember or were not even born till after her death are catching on to legends such as Selena. This I'm sure is a sense of the therapy for him and the fam. One thing about losing a loved one is you feel everyone will forget about your loved one over time. I'm certain her father he feels great that people still admire and remember her and even more amazed that a lot of people who never knew who she was before are becoming new fans. The current vids I like how Chris is starting to do interviews on his own without the family no offense to them but its nice to be able to have Chris have his say about his wife whom he cherished dearly. He seem to be coming into his own now.

I think its creepy that the words "it will make Selena appear that she is singing with the the band" was spoken... it's unfortunate that she passed away but its immoral to display a person who has passed appear and perform as if they hadn't. I get keeping her memory alive but after so much time, one has to let go and move on...
Musicians do this a lot. This isn't the first and only time they let a dead person "appear" on stage. They do it as a business and as a gift for fans. Look up X JAPAN hide live. Their guitarist died years ago but they always try to incorporate his images on stage. This is more common actually.
Why? It's super cool. Imagine being able to attend a concert from your favorite artist that passed, an artist that no longer tours or just a younger version! If I had the opportunity to attend a Selena concert today, I would.

And as far as him not answering most of the questions, I think it's more likely that Suzie knows more about the marketing of Selena and all that that implies. Chris is and always has been a real passive guy. And I find it amazing that Mr. Quintanilla still considers him family. I met Suzie at The Selena Museum and she was just amazing.
