  • This neck and shoulder melt is a simple but effective 10 minute Yoga sequence to release, relieve, stretch and strengthen your neck and shoulders. This is for you if you are feeling tension and stress, are sitting for long periods at a desk or looking down at your phone, if you're pregnant or are a new mother caring for a small baby who needs a lot of holding, feeding and looking after. Most of these simple stretches can be done sitting on a bed or at you desk or even on a bus! My hope is that by doing this, you feel relief - as though your neck and shoulder muscles have melted down, more supple and relaxed. Enjoy!

    Hi I’m Fiona!
