INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ Cup Rice
Soak For 15 Min.
Wash With Water
Break The Rice With Hand
1 Liter Milk
Let It Boil
Washed Rice
Cook For 10 Min. In Low Flame
Turn Off The Flame
¾ Cup Jaggery
1 Tbsp Raisin
1 Tbsp Almond
Cook For 2-3 Min.
Cool Down

When you are preparing the sweet either add the milk first and off the stove and wait for the kheer to cool down a bit and add the jaggery or add the jaggery while cooking and off the stove wait for the kheer to cool and milk
